PERFECT location! Easy stroll to Fatherland District and Five Points! House has just been renovated, so it`s modern comfort with the enduring charm of an historic structure. Serene comfort in the urban center!

This house was built in 1905 and sits smack in the middle of the historic district of East Nashville. From the outside, it looks like a cozy little cottage, but walk in and the house is spacious and open. There are plenty of living spaces inside and out. There is a gracious front porch, a music room, a tv room adjacent to the open kitchen, a dining nook which opens to the back patio and yard. There is also a gas grill you`re welcome to light up and use.

East Nashville is an historic neighborhood with old homes dating back to the turn of the century. It is a destination in and of itself, with many of the city`s best restaurants, shops, bars, and coffee. This house is one of the most walkable you will find in the neighborhood! Down the street from the house is the Fatherland District and 3 blocks away is Five Points- both areas have fantastic dining, entertainment, and shopping. Downtown is 2 miles away- basically right across the Cumberland River. Please check out the guidebook for the area around the house, which is accessible if you book!

The Layout:
This home is all on one level and feature 3 private bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed and its own private bathroom while the other two secondary bedrooms each have a queen size bed. The living room also has one queen sofa bed and a futon. Tucked in a closet for another pair of guests are 2 twin size roll away beds.

Parking:
There is plenty of FREE street parking. There is no off-street parking available at this location.

Really nice house with a great layout. Extremely clean and modern. Very close to a nice area with good bars and restaurants.

Great house! Love the neighborhood and very convenient to have grocery store, shops and coffee in walking distance! Highly recommend local taco, and the coffee shop down the street. Was easy for the 7 of us to get around w Uber xl. Great stay.. the piano and guitar in the house were a fun touch

This house was great for our group. Easy to get to Broadway, 12 South and the Gulch. Lots of tips left from the hosts on bars, restaurants and activities. We loved East Nashville- be sure to visit Urban Cowboy Public House and The Treehouse.

Lovely spacious bungalow in a very convenient position. A little dark inside as it was so long front to back but this was a reasonable trade off for the space it offered. Great kitchen and would happily visit again
