Breathtaking ocean views and a variety of wildlife surrounds the area - black bunnies, hummingbirds, blue herons, bald eagles, deer, river otters, seals, and maybe even Orca's in the channel. There is a beach fire pit, beach combing and tidal pools to explore, crabbing and fishing off the dock, kayaking, a playground for the kids, a tennis court, and badminton area. An original English pub (the Crow & Gate) just down the road along with other great restaurants, golf courses, and a short 20 minute drive into Nanaimo.

PLEASE NOTE: If this condo is not available we have 2 other fabulous condos at the same resort. The ground level suite accommodates 2-4 guests, and the studio suite accommodates 2 guests, children are welcome. Both are newly renovated and gorgeous! Email to verify availability.

You will enjoy panoramic views from our large ocean-side heated pool and hot tub. The private dock offers boat moorage and is great for crabbing and fishing. The property has a playground for the kids, a beach-side fire pit, various bar-b-que patios as well as a private tennis court, and lots of green space.

SEA BREEZE CONDO Rental Agreement
All guests/renters and their invitees use the premises, all the contents, appliances, electronic devises, dishware, furnishings, games and equipment, at their own risk. The owners shall not be held liable or responsible in any way for accidents or injury caused by intentional or unintentional acts in the condo or on the property. Any damages or excess cleaning costs caused by guests/renters or their invitees will be deducted from the damage deposit. If the funds are insufficient to cover the cost of repair or replacement the guest/renters agree to reimburse said costs to the owner. The premises are to be left as you found them.
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Entry will be denied if numbers greater.
CHECK IN TIME: 4:00 pm and CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00 am, this allows our cleaner to go in and clean before our next guests arrive at 4:00 pm.
SMOKING POLICY: All Condos at Inn of the Sea are NON SMOKING. Smoking in the condo will lead to a $500 fee for fumigating for next guests. Smoking is permitted on the beach and 10 feet from the condo.
PET POLICY: Dogs are NOT ALLOWED to stay at our condo.
The Guests understand the Owner does not supply insurance to cover their personal belongings or those of their invitees.
By proceeding with this rental accommodation at Condo 320 Inn of the Sea you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and accept the Rental terms and conditions, you agree to pay the accommodation costs and you agree to the limitations of our liability.
BOOKING ON THIS SITE CERTIFIES THAT I HAVE READ AND AGREE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SPECIFIED IN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.
