LOCAL creates a personalized web page for each guest with all the information needed to ensure an awesome experience. We send out a link with each person's web page once a booking is confirmed and add more details in phases leading up to arrival.

After check in, we interact as much or as little as desired by each Guest, but we are available via phone, text and/or email when needed, and 24/7 for urgent matters. We also send occasional communications to guests about events and/or community news and happenings.

A short term rental agreement will be sent over after the booking is confirmed to sign. You will be required to provide a copy of your valid driver’s license. Rates and availability are subject to change prior to booking with a credit card, and even after booking if there is a maintenance issue or other unforeseen issue with the property. LOCAL will make every attempt to place guests into a like property, but cannot guarantee availability or rates.

LOCAL may charge a non-refundable pet fee ranging from $150-$350 depending on the type/breed. Not all properties accept pets. LOCAL charges a one-time admin fee of $29 for each confirmed booking.

LOCAL specializes in production/corporate housing. We prioritize leases for prospective longer term Guests, and open up the calendars to shorter term stays 3 weeks out if still available. If you are more than 3 weeks from your desired check in date, and are inquiring on a shorter term stay, please check back with us and we'll do our best to place you at that time.

This is a non-smoking unit and Guest will be charged a hefty fine/liquidated damages if there is evidence of smoking of any kind. No parties or loitering in shared or public spaces are permitted. No criminal activity is permitted anywhere on or near the premises. No filming of any kind is permitted on the premises without express written consent. Please be mindful of the neighbors and respectful of the noise ordinance. Check in time is after 3pm - any early check ins will need to be approved in writing by property manager the day before check in. Guests are not allowed in the unit prior to 3pm while it is still being cleaned. Check out time is by 11am sharp, unless property management has given written permission. An unapproved late check out will constitute as holdover, and will be charged as such. Please be mindful of utility usage. Minimum age we rent to is 25. We thank you in advance for taking good care of the property.

Gorgeous, clean, hip spot in the middle of all the Inman Park action. Love this apartment and Jenn makes the whole process super simple.

This was the perfect place to relax! It's a beautiful apartment with everything you need to make you comfortable (coffee pot, washer and dryer, cooking stuff, etc). Great gym and pool, and smack in the middle of so many restaurants, spas, workout places. Jenn and her team were amazing. It was a perfect getaway!

Jenn was a wonderful host and we really enjoyed our stay! Her place is warm and inviting, and centered perfectly in the heart of Inman Park with lots of great amenities (fast wifi, huge TV, washer/dryer, balcony, so on). Steps away from various restaurants/bars and the Beltline's Eastside Trail; a short walk to Krog Street Market, Ponce City Market, and Piedmont Park. She paid attention to the little details like having laundry detergent and cleaning products on hand, and fresh flowers for our arrival. Thanks again for ensuring we had a lovely stay. We highly recommend her and this listing!
