Our second-story retreat is close to downtown with many nearby shops, restaurants, breweries and parks. You can easily get to both I-25 (for trips heading north and south to Denver or Pueblo) and Hwy 24 (for east/west adventures like skiing, mountain biking and hiking.) The apartment is new construction, very cozy, with a private balcony, alley access and ample parking. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families with older kids who can be safe with the open stairwell.
Our retreat is a great place for travelers—whether just for a couple of nights or for long-term. It is well-furnished with comfort in mind. You can keep it warm in the winter and use our A/C unit to keep cool in the summer.
We stock with coffee, local craft beer and highlight local art in the space so you can have a true Colorado Springs experience.
We also clean with eco-friendly products like Mrs. Meyers and Seventh Generation, so the crisp mountain air is all yours to enjoy.
Sorry travelers with pets, we do not allow pets. We keep the space allergen free.

We are Colorado natives who love our town! We are happy to help you find the best restaurants, point you to the latest beer releases, let you know where the best trails are or give you tips for your excursions. It's up to you how social you would like to be!
- Sorry, we do not allow pets.
- Prices reflect a Colorado State Tax above what is charged through AirBnB.
- The apartment is private and completely detached from our home. You can be as private or as sociable as you would like during your stay.
- The apartment is above our two-car garage, though it is very well insulated and it is unlikely that you will be bothered by any activity there.
I work for a non-profit that keeps Colorado stunning. I love great food, good beer and a sky full of sunshine.
