Ocean front apartment complex, Costa Mar Beach Village West is located North-East of San Juan in the small town of Loiza, PR, just 18 miles approximately from the San Juan Airport, Luis Muñoz Marín Intl' Airport (LMM). Loíza is a small town and municipality on the northeastern coast of Puerto Rico, north of Canóvanas; east of Carolina; and west of Río Grande. Loíza is spread over 5 wards and Loíza Pueblo.
This unit is ideal for a family vacation or a great weekend getaway in a quiet community with a balcony and roof terrace where you can relax. It is located on the third level sub-penthouse of the building. Arriving to location is very accessible from the airport by taking PR-66 or PR 3. Also you can drive though scenic route 187 along the ocean line that leads to the folkloric town of Loiza.
This (2) two bedrooms & two bath apartment is 1300 sq. ft. and accommodates up to 6 people comfortably, up to 7 with a floor mat. It's fully furnished and air conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped with washer and dryer. In addition it has a BBQ grill available on the roof terrace. For your convenience clean towels & linens are available plus TV, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. The guests have access to the beach plus two pool areas, children's playgrounds, gym and gazebos.
Outside of the complex, close to Loiza, you can find impressive coral reefs and small cays like Palomino, Palominitos, Cayo Icacos and Lobo. --In addition you can visit places for great snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing, kayaking and deep-sea fishing. Also, you can take the ferry to Vieques and Culebra, with beautiful beaches, bioluminescent bays, Las Cabezas de San Juan' (Natural reserve in Fajardo). Make sure coffee pot and kitchen appliances are turned off when you finish using them and when you exit the apt.
