The weather can be all season in one day and being prepared is essential as the nights can be especially cold. There are some restaurants in the area that are open at night, but being a farming community, these are limited. Please ensure you have sufficient food to cater for your own meals. Shops are close by for any grocery items required.
- We have two cottages/chalets which sleep 4 people in each. Each cottage has 1 bathroom with a shower, and a common living/kitchen/dining area. There is an outside braai/barbeque available too.

My husband, Paul Wallace, and I are passionate wine makers on our farm in the beautiful Elgin Valley, just outside Somerset West in the Western Cape, South Africa. After recently renovating the old labourers cottages on the farm, we have opened them up to guests, to enable them to also enjoy the beauty of our valley.
