My place is close to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, and public transport. My home has recently been done up and has a 'french' feel to it. It is comfortable and it is an enjoyable home to stay in.
Please keep my kitchen as clean as you found it.
Please wipe the water off from the shower walls with the shower scraper provided.
From 26th August to 14th September I have TWO double rooms available.
From 15 September to 19 October the whole house is available.
A large kitchen space with character and all the modern cons - toaster, kettle .
There is coffee and all sorts of teas in the pantry.
I will leave cereal in the pantry.

Please can you not wear shoes inside the house. I look after my carpet. Leave shoes at the entrance way as you arrive. thank you.

You are free to use the TV. Switch to the right of the TV, please turn off after use and any electrical appliance after use.
Make use of my enormous deck for enjoying meals or having a tea/coffee.

I am only two minutes from Cobham Drive and the famous Hamilton Gardens, or an 8 minute walk.
10 minutes from Claudelands Events Centre and University of Waikato.
10 minutes from Waikato Hospital.
15 minutes from Velodrome and Hamilton Airport.
Easy access from new Wairere Drive extension and Cobham Drive.
There is a bus stop outside my home - no 17 bus. This bus travels every 20 mins, into the city.
The airport shuttle to and from Auckland Airport must be booked online, takes less than 2 hours and will meet you and bring you to our gate. It is about $75 per person.
Most important thing is to look after my new lounge suite, absolutely no wine spills, coffee spills please.
And also my carpet. I need you to respect my home as you would your own.
