The entire apartment with all amenities is accessible for my guests.
All closets are empty but full of hangers, you will find toiletries and hair dryers in the bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, china, glasses and cutlery. Basics like tea, coffee, water, milk, and capsules for the Nespresso Machine are provided to make sure your arrival will be relaxed. Detergents for washing machine and dish washer are provided for a stay of 3 nights. My stand-by guest manager will happily provide more supplies on request for small additional costs.

Please note that not every neighbor is happy about the New Sharing Economy. If we want them to understand the 21st century :-) we should respect normal house rules like:
-no party after 10pm
-be quiet in the staircase/hallway
-don't ring at neighbors bell because you cannot find the key in your handbag
-don't throw things out of the window
Although the apartment is on a very high standard and equipped like a serviced apartment - I am still a private host but not a Hotel with fully employed staff and a front desk. Me and my team are always happy to assist - but if can take time to follow your not urgent request (like 1 more towel).
Well, in case that shiny Hotel style entrances and hallways are more important to you than an airbnb Hong Kong LOCAL apartment in a Hong Kong usual residential style apartment - you might want to look elsewhere.
There is 24/7 video surveillance and the lifts are operating 24/7.
Just keep in mind it's NOT a new building but the building and environment is a local Hong Kong residential one.
Hong Kong is very limited in terms of space. Apartments are in general smaller than in any other country. HK are creative how to use the small spaces, and as a local host I am offering such a typical Hong Kong apartment.
Complaints to that end can't be considered.
I am more than happy to be your host when you book my apartment for enjoying the super central location, the additional services, the technical perks and the european style Design.
Please guys... no party without acknowledgment and confirmation, no smoking but only on the balcony/ garden, no drugs, eg.
Besides the risk of losing your deposit (apartment gets checked after your check out) it would be sad to lose the apartment due to inappropriate behaviour. Again - please use your common sense.
Although my apartment is well designed and complete - I want to set a clear expectation!
-streets in the area might be dirty
-the area might be crowded
-integrated into the residential building are shops and restaurants - complaints about smell of food in that building area wont be accepted. (my apartment is on the 4th floor and higher - you wont smell anything from a restaurant on ground floor).
- In HK its allowed to start refurbishments at any time without informing neighbors. Any noise complaints based on neighbours work in their apartment adjacent wont be accepted.)
- In case a lift would be out of order we cannot do more but informing and chasing the building management to repair the lift asap. Lifts are not in our responsibility and we don’t have our own lift engineer to repair it. Any complaint related to the lift wont be accepted.
