Look no further, hands down one of the most spectacular properties in Puerto Vallarta. It’s like the W Hotels and the 4 Seasons came together and created a new residential building and called it Sayan Beach! A few Building features: Direct Beach access, Heavenly Rooftop Lounge boasting; 360 degree views of the Bay, true Infinity Edge pool, Jacuzzi, staffed bar, day beds, Fire pit and much more! Lower area amenities: Large Cantilevered Pool over the ocean shore, Jacuzzi, Gym, Spa , Restaurant and Bar form 8:00 am to 10:00 pm with Room Service, best of all the prices are basically at cost extremely affordable, you wont want to cook no eat out ! The staff aims to please and owners are very friendly. The ambiance in the Rooftop Lounge is Amazing , extremely fun and enjoyable , the lower pools are perfect for relaxing , getting a massage (for a preferable value of $20US per hour! ) and listen to waves lure you to sleep , or simply walk down via the direct access to the beach !
Unit 9F is located on the 9th level and enjoys Amazing panoramic vistas, the design is elegant, minimalistic, we like to call it Beachy-Chic! Perhaps one of the most upgraded and custom designed unit in this one of a kind building; Oversized Marble slab floors that were craned up to the unit, upgraded kitchen appliances (wolf and kitchen aid) Impressive Kitchen Island with Brazilian Granite , upgraded master shower with Marble Walls from India, and an 80 cm x 40 cm rain shower ! Floor to ceiling doors, higher than standard ceiling heights, custom woodwork and Furniture, Custom Glass walls, all LED lights are dimmable, all Bedrooms with Smart LED High-end TVs; 50", 60" and 70" , Memory Foam mattresses, ensuite full bathrooms , Bose sound system in living area and again, I hate to sound redundant but the list does keep on! *Special note for guest bedrooms, in this building level 9 (were this unit is located) allows light to these rooms , and views to the mountain side. Levels below don't enjoy this feature!

All guests must be individually listed at check-in to be allowed onto the property. Any visitors must be escorted by the registered guest at all times while on the property. There is a front and beach gate but all check-in's should be from the front entrance on Calle Santa Barbara 466. Listed guests have access to 2 Oceanfront Pools and spa, 1 Rooftop Pool and spa, Restaurant 8AM - 10PM with room service. Rooftop bar 11AM-10PM, Gym, Steam Room, Massage Room.

You will be shocked at the low prices of the food and drink. The HOA pays for all labor so the prices are the actual cost of food. You can get a full meal for $3.50 US!!!
SAYAN BEACH BAR AND RESTAURANT
"Sayan Beach" offers bar and restaurant service on the ground floor as well as on the rooftop. The bar and restaurant do not take cash. When you Check-In, you will be asked for a credit card and put $5000 peso deposit (about 2.75$US). When you Check-Out, the tab will be paid or reimbursed. If a "Group" of guests wish to track and pay for individual expenses than PLEASE keep a copy of green paper receipts, that way you can track the expenses of individual guests.
Prices on menu add TAX 16% and the card comission. We do not accept cash for payment of restaurant bills. ( Prices on menu are at cost).
As you charge for food and bar, we would need you to clearly print your name, date & signature for all food and bar purchases, keep these receipts and then add them together for payment at the end of your stay. ============
At the airport, you must pick up your luggage and exit to the arrivals area; however, to exit you must go through a corridor with timeshare vendors. Travel time by taxi is approx. 20 to 30 min depending on traffic. You will only see the ocean at the last minute. Tip is expected and appreciated
TAXI: If you want an airport taxi, buy a ticket at the booth. Fares are by Zones. We are Zone 2, tell them where you are going Santa Barbara 466 and show map, and get a receipt. A three person cab will cost you $300 pesos or nearly $17 USD. I normally tip $ 3 USD. You will keep one receipt copy, and your driver will give one to the clerk as you exit the airport. This is your assurance against being overcharged.
Check-In is normally 4:00 pm. Special arrangements can be made on a case-by-case basis to check-in earlier, for example, if the previous guests have already checked-out.
Please be advised that guests arriving to Puerto Vallarta must ensure they plan to arrive at UNIT 9F no later than 9:00 pm on any given day. Guests who arrive after 9:00 pm will incur an additional charge of $25.00 US which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check-in. Likewise, the same additional fee of $25.00 US cash applies for check-in before 8:00 am. This fee is applied for flight delays, traffic, etc.
Check-out is normally 10:00 am but early check-out is permitted; however, please be advised that guests departing Puerto Vallarta must ensure they plan to check-out from UNIT 9F at 10:00 am. A check-out before 8:00 am will incur an additional fee of $35.00 US cash.
Prior to check-out, please ensure your bar/restaurant bill is paid. Visit the restaurant on ground floor between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm. Depending on your travel plans, you may settle your bar/restaurant bill the night prior to your departure.
Before departure, it is "not" necessary to wash the dishes or the bed linen; however, if you have used a lot of bath towels, please wash them as a courtesy to other guests who are arriving after you.
Please note that a gardener comes in normally twice per week to care for plants on balcony. Schedule is sometimes during the day on Monday and Thursday.

Although a very personal thing, it is important to note that in Mexico tipping is a major source of income for many people. The minimum wage of $5 per day is not their main income source. That being said the service experience plays a role in determining the amount of tip. A good tip would be anywhere between 15% and 20% although Mexicans will take any amount graciously.
Delicate Floor and Furniture with light Colores, NO Sun Screen and Tanners inside the unit as they will stain. Common areas have showers to clean off prior to entering the unit and the interior of the unit is covered , so no need to have Sun Screen nor Tanning lotion on inside.
Daily Cleaning is NOT included in the price ( the place will be clean when you arrive) , If you would like the Cleaning Service its $35.00 USD per day if required , get as many days as you wish, I will need to be notified as soon as you make your reservation.
Other things to note:
Included in the reservation is 50 kwh per day. You will be financially responsible for any usage above and beyond this quota. The cost will be $2.82 pesos per kwh . This should be paid upon departure .
- Please Treat my property like it is yours. Leave it how you found it*** These house rules are probably not any different from your own home *** They also incorporate Sayan Beach condominium policy *** The restrictions are for safety and security *** QUIET HOURS - Sayan Beach is a community. As such please respect "quiet hours." For example, no loud music between 10:00 pm and 9:00 am. Also, please remember you are in Mexico and local customs may be different than your own. SMOKE FREE - No smoking including balcony. Please be advised that if smoking takes place - an extra special cleaning fee will be applied and will vary depending on how comprehensive the cleaning. SOFA - Please, wear a shirt when sitting on sofa. Also please no wet clothes on the furniture or chairs. Reason: Hygiene. Also perspiration (sweating) is very acidic and will leave a stain on the material. If sleeping on sofa, please put a sheet found in the closet drawers. FURNITURE - If you leave wet cloths to dry on stained wood furniture it may stain your cloths. Please use towel holder found in guest bedroom. You may also find they dry faster if placed outside But not on glass railing. SHOWERS - Please wipe down any excess water on the marble floor after shower to prevent water puddles and water stains. ADDITIONAL FEE FOR GUESTS ARRIVING / DEPARTING BEFORE AND AFTER REGULAR WORKING HOURS - Reason why this fee is applied: Airbnb is "not" a hotel service. There is no reception. Likewise we are not open 24/7. Guests are allowed to have friends and the friends are allowed in all common areas but must be accompanied at all times. Guests occupying unit 9F will be responsible for any damages caused by them or their friends to the property or its assets during their stay. Guests shall not remove any items from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item. No pets will be allowed without written permission prior to arrival. The use and enjoyment of the unit
in order to exercise illegal activities including the use of drugs is strictly prohibited. Outrageous noise which may affect the neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local rules. In case of failure to obey the rules and policies the guests will be obligated to vacate the property without the right of any refund of the amount of vacation service payment. Thank you!
