Our cabin is very cute and cozy. It makes for a perfect mountain getaway. We are in close proximity to snow tubing, Octoberfest, ski resorts, and numerous hiking trails.
We just updated the backyard with a big deck, and BBQ, and installed a new washer and dryer. You will not be unhappy with this adorable cabin.

We can interact as little or as often as you would like. We are available to contact with any questions, concerns, or recommendations. We also have a local property manager that is extremely helpful in any situation.
Just want to reiterate that this is a no pet cabin. Although we love animals, we want to do our best to keep our cabin clean for all of our guests.
First and foremost, we ask that you treat our cabin like you would your own. Enjoy it and have fun, but please be respectful. We are excited to have you. Below is a contract that you will be asked to sign upon your arrival stating that you understand our requirements, as well as requirements designated by the city.
SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT – If any damage is done to the property, we will notify Airbnb and you will be charged up to $200. You will not be charged if the list below is followed:
No damage is incurred to the property or contents of property.
No linens or household items are missing or damaged.
No early check-in or late checkout unless arranged ahead of time.
Cottage has not been smoked in.
Pets have not been on the premises.
The agreed upon number of guests has not been exceeded.
The renter is not evicted by the property manager, owner (or representative of the owner) the local law enforcement.
Check-out Procedures have been followed.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to six(6) persons, including children. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit or falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – When you arrive, the cabin will be clean and set up with linens, towels and some basic supplies as a courtesy. We leave a starter kit of dish washing soap, some surface cleaning supplies, bathroom tissue and paper towels. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels if you plan on swimming in the lake. We do not permit towels or blankets to be taken out of the unit or used at the lake.
NO PETS ALLOWED - Guests who bring a pet or pets are violating the rental agreement and will be charged the full security deposit and evicted from the property.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED - If the cottage has been smoked in during your stay you will be charged the full security deposit. Guests who smoke in the cottage will be evicted from the property.
ARRIVAL/ DEPARTURE TIMES - Check-in time is any time after 3:00 p.m. PT. There is only a 4 hour window to completely clean and set up for the next guests. Check out time is 11 a.m. PT the day that you are scheduled to leave. Our cleaning crew must be able to enter the condo at 11 a.m. If you do not vacate the premises on time, you will be charged for one (1) additional night stay and evicted immediately.
CHECKOUT PROCEDURES - Prior to checkout, all dishes should be washed and put away. Please leave beds unmade. Towels should be placed on the floor in the bathroom. Shut and lock all doors and windows. Turn off the lights. If any dishes are left unwashed there will be a $25 fee. Any trash should be bagged and left in the bins at the street. Due to local wildlife we need to make sure the bins lids are secured tightly. There will be a $25 fee if the trash is left in the cabin or if the lids are not secured . Please leave ashes in the fireplace. Housekeeping will take care of ash disposal.
ITEMS LEFT IN CONDO - We are not liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. If you leave an item after checking out and wish to have it returned, call us as soon as possible and we will arrange for shipment. You will be responsible for the full shipping amount.
ENTRY BY OWNER/HOUSEKEEPER/ MANAGER – Property may be subject to random inspection by owner, housekeeper and/or manager at any time.
QUIET TIME AND NOISE DISTURBANCE – Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet Time is from 10pm-8am. During this time only the maximum occupancy of 6 people and 2 parked cars are allowed on the premises. If you do not abide by this and cause any disturbance to the neighborhood (at any time of the day or night) you will be evicted. It is to the discretion of the owners, property manager, response personnel, and/or local law enforcement (code enforcement, sheriffs, etc.) to give one warning or issue an immediate eviction.
Use of Fireplace and Gas Grill – Please use these items very carefully. The owners and/or property manager are not responsible for any injuries and/or burns you may sustain from using these items. DO NOT use any lighter fluid, wood, charcoal, or any other items on the gas grill. DO NOT use any lighter fluid in the fireplace. Renters must provide their own firewood to use the fireplace and are only allowed to burn wood of Duraflame Logs in the fireplace. Please DO NOT remove the ashes from the fireplace. Housekeeper will remove the ashes after checkout.
PARKING – Guests are allowed to park in the driveway. No vehicle(s) may be parked in the street. The owners and/or property manager are not responsible for towed vehicles or parking tickets.
ADDITIONAL TERMS - You must be 23 years of age to rent this condo and provide proof of age.
House parties are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
A legitimate visit from Code Enforcement or law enforcement will be an immediate eviction.
There is an external safety camera that is used to monitor the house when vacant and for snow conditions.
