You will have Betsey on call for anything you might need. She can also lead you up to the house so you won't have to find it on your own. We can provide you with directions and a map when you make the reservation. We are happy to help with information you would need to optimize your stay in Puerto Rico, in other words, we are familiar with all the nooks and crannies on the island.
Our place is in the country and in a rain forest so it does rain often. Roosters crow in the early morning while owls and coqui frogs sing at night. Restaurants are in Fajardo. Ceiba is a small town and quiet at night. Amigo grocery store is not far down the mountain, about 10 minutes. El Bohio, a mountain bar is just up the road and is friendly and a unique experience.

I lived in Puerto Rico for over 28 years. I am a professional artist and in Puerto Rico I sold art in El Yunque National Forest for over eight years. I also had a gallery for a while and was very much involved in the art world here. My husband, Palle, is from Denmark and is a master craftsman and inventor. Much of our house is custom designed and built by him. In Puerto Rico he did yacht interiors and many custom projects. At the present time, we are bringing one of Palle's projects to the United States to get it off the ground. I continue to work as an artists and recently helped to open Studios of Cocoa Beach, an art gallery in Florida.
