Spacious first-floor, two-bedroom apartment in a small block - includes a dedicated parking spot. Located between ocean - Leighton (12 minute walk) and Cottesloe beaches - and the Swan River where lawns overlooking spectacular views of the river invite picnics in the cool of the late afternoon. Shopping centre is within a two-minute walk. Top-quality hotel sheets are provided. Guests may check-in prior to 2pm if there is no booking on the previous day - please enquire.

Access from the street is on the left side of the building. The apartment is on the upper floor of the block facing the street. The apartment is the last on the landing closest to the stairs. The apartment includes a lounge and kitchen area, two bedrooms and bathroom/laundry with large laundry basin suitable for baby bathing. Balcony overlooking lawns and quiet street great for late teas and late afternoon glass of wine. Separate toilet off the bathroom. A reserved parking bay is available via the laneway at the rear of the complex. Street parking is available.

A "Notice to Visitors" - that includes all important information is posted on the inside of the front door including host's telephone numbers. An inventory of all items provided within the apartment is posted on the inside door of the overhead kitchen cupboard.

Autres remarques

In summer, the beach is best in the morning before the sea breeze comes in. Mild winter weather ideal for beach walks and outdoors. Travellers from Europe need to beware of the strong Australian summer sun - cover up or use blockout lotion for exposed skin. Leighton & Cottesloe beaches are very safe - but just to be safe, only swim amongst other bathers. At Cottesloe, swim between the lifeguards' flags. The river for walks, views and picnics - not for swimming! Best to use a beach shelter for shade that is easier to pack and transport.

I would definitely recommend Rob's place. Sheets got cleaned weekly, place was very well maintained and communication was clear. You can't ask for anything else.

Mr Rob's apartment was very well equipt. Everything was complete even to the smallest detail. Simple, nice and comfortable apartment. Very easy to self check in and check out. Just 2 minutes walk to Coles. Respond from Mr Rob was fast and helpful. Thank you so much Mr Rob for the lovely place.

We had a great stay at Rob's. Haven't meet him personaly but he text us few times to check if we need anything. The apartment is located in one of the best area of Perth, 15 min walking to the beach and to the river in the opposite side. Good price compare to what's airbnb offering in the area. Highly raccomended
