Inside, It's Miller Time offers both quiet spaces and open gathering areas for everyone to enjoy. The main living level features a bright, open-concept design with a gourmet kitchen, spacious island, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and a comfortable living room that opens to a breezy balcony.
Sleeping up to 12 guests, the home includes three king suites, a queen-over-queen bunk room, and a den with a sleeper sofa. Just a short stroll from the soft sands of Holmes Beach, It's Miller Time is the perfect place to enjoy sunny days, peaceful evenings, and unforgettable island memories.

Property Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. Additional terms and conditions apply.
Golf Cart Terms & Conditions - All Drivers must be over the age of 21. Drivers must provide valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance. To drive the golf cart, non-US driver license holders are required to pay an additional $25 per day instead of providing vehicle insurance. The golf cart $25 fee is per golf cart, not per driver. This cost covers the extra insurance required.
Pet Friendly - The weight limit per dog is 30 lbs. (2 dogs allowed).

Originaire du Royaume-Uni, nous sommes tombés amoureux de l'île Anna Maria en 2001. Après avoir visité plusieurs fois par an avec nos deux enfants, nous avons fait de la Floride notre maison permanente en 2011. En 2017, nous avons commencé SeaBreeze Vacation pour permettre à d'autres propriétaires de bénéficier de notre approche moderne de la gestion des locations de vacances sur l'île Anna Maria. L'île Anna Maria abrite des plages primées et des couchers de soleil de renommée mondiale chaque soir. Nous espérons vous accueillir bientôt à ami !
