Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we were not aware of any construction happening near to the property so we went out today to check. The house opposite to the right, is having some internal work but no external work so this shouldn't have had too much of an impact. Apologies if it did, however we had not been made aware of this. We have since been told that the work will be finished this week.
The WIFI is supplied by the Pullman Resort and you just need to contact their reception for the password. All the instructions are in the manual at the property.
The bedrooms all have high quality mattress' so we are sorry if they were not particularly comfortable for your personal preference. The linen we use is supplied by a local linen company who also supply a lot of hotels and holiday homes in the region.
We are also available for any queries you may have during your stay and will endeavor to rectify any problems straight away.
We do hope despite the points you raised, you enjoyed your time in Eagle Bay and we hope to see you again in the future either at Bunker Bay House, or at one of our many other properties.
