Nellore is a large 4 bedroom holiday home situated directly above Trevone’s stunning sandy bay.

It is a fully equipped self-catering property which sleeps 8 (discount for less people). The property and its proximity is perfect for a family beach holiday, a get away weekend, or a place from which to explore the wonderful coastal paths and scenery.

The property has sea views and is surrounded by a sunny garden, providing a lovely sun trap in the day and a perfect BBQ spot for the evening.

Nellore is a large 4 bedroom holiday home situated directly above Trevone’s stunning sandy bay.

As one of the closest properties in Trevone to the beach, it is perfect for family holidays.

This self-catering property sleeps 8. The master double bedroom has an ensuite shower room. In addition there is a twin room with ensuite toilet and basin with a sea view, a twin with basin and a further twin room. (2 of the twins can be accessed with no steps/stairs)

There is a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room to seat 8, and a spacious living room. The living room has a large bay window which overlooks the sandy bay, with a sweeping views out to sea, perfect for watching the tide rolling in and out.

The house is well equipped with washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave, TV, DVD player, Humax box, and radio, books, games and local information packs.

For families with small children a cot, high chair, children cutlery, bed-side, stairgate, toys, bucket and spades, boogie boards, crabbing equipment is provided in the house.

The property is surrounded by a sunny garden, the front lawn area, protected from any sea breezes, provides a lovely sun trap for enjoying the sunshine during the day, whilst the back garden catches the evening sun, creating a perfect spot for a BBQ. Both garden furniture and BBQ are provided.

Sooo close to the beach........brilliant......great to have the space but only pay for 4 of us even though we had the whole house. Very fare & great value

Great holiday rental right on the beach and South West Coast path, Pros: - Fantastic location on the beach at Trevone. Can hit the water in 30 seconds. - Deceptively large. 1 double bedroom and 3 decent sized twin rooms with lounge and dining room. Would work well for families. Off street parking for two + cars. - Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Cons: - Kitchen is quite small so hard to cook communally. - Whilst we weren't looking for one on this occasion, this isn't a luxury rental - feels more like a lived in house. - No wifi and little to no mobile phone reception (though could be seen as a pro, and there is a phone for emergencies)

Thanks Marc for your honest feedback. I would like to correct one thing, we do provide wifi, so I am not sure why it wasn't available on this occasion. If there is a technical problem this will be corrected for future guests.
