Bridgehouse was designed by internationally acclaimed architect Brian Mackay-Lyons and awarded the Lieutenant Governor's award of Excellence for architectural design. This private seven acre retreat is located in the heart of Nova Scotia’s South Shore. It is only a short drive to the historic towns of Liverpool, Lunenburg (UNESCO World Heritage Site), Mahone Bay, five white sand surf beaches and a number of public golf courses. It is 1.5 hrs drive from Halifax International airport.

- The tenant shall use the premises for residential purposes only and agrees to keep the premises in as good repair and condition as found, reasonable wear and tear expected. The tenant agrees that parties, including weddings, rehearsal dinners, family reunions or other such events must have prior approval a the time of booking, and that failure to disclose could result in eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid. The tenant agrees to be responsible for any property broken or lost, for any long distance telephone calls charged to the premises’ phone and for any extraordinary cleaning required to return the premises to the condition they were in prior to the tenant’s occupancy, and agrees that such costs may be charged to the tenant. The tenant will not sub-let the property or assign this agreement without the written consent of the Owner. The tenant agrees if applicable, to ensure that children are supervised at all times. It is further agreed by the tenant as follows: Upon vacating, the tenant is to leave the premises tidy and to return the keys to the location found. Smoking is prohibited in the residence. Use of the property, any equipment and the wharf / dock is at the tenant’s own risk. The Tenant will not hold the Owner or its affiliates responsible at any time for any injury while renting the Property. In the event the tenant defaults by failing to pay all payments required or permits occupancy by more than the above stated number of persons written in the rental agreement, or violates any of the other obligations set forth in these tenants obligations, the tenant shall forfeit all monies paid.

My wife and I are professionals with a family. We often travel together and sometimes one of our very mature children tags along. We typically drop our bags off and spend most of your time exploring the town, eating out and enjoying the cultural and urban environment.
We are new to hosting on airBnB but have rented our Nova Scotia oceanfront villa on a number of occasions to wonderful guests.
