Welcome to our beautiful 2 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom townhouse with 1,440 ft2 of indoor living space and 2 outdoor lanais. Our townhouse villa offers the largest 2 bedroom square footage space at Waikoloa Colony Villas and feels more like a home as there is no one living below or above you and the lanais were built with privacy in mind.
The open concept downstairs includes:
•A living room with 18 foot ceilings, comfortable couches and new 55-inch HD flat screen TV, sound bar and Blue-Ray DVD player for guests which includes 300+ cable channels including Showtime.
•A galley kitchen with granite counter tops, equipped with cookware, dishes, glasses, eating, cooking and BBQ utensils, bowls, baking dishes and small appliances for all your cooking needs.
•Dining room with table and chairs for drinks and meals.
•Outdoor lanai with table and chairs for your morning coffee, afternoon refreshments, or any meal.
•Half bathroom on the ground floor.
Upstairs you will find the 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and washer and dryer:
•The Master suite has a brand new King size mattress and all new bedding. You will enjoy relaxing on your own private lanai off of the Master suite overlooking the Kohala Mountains with peek-a-boo ocean view. The on-suite bathroom provides separate shower stall and tub, double sinks and ample closet space for an extended stay. The Master suite also includes a flat screen TV.
•The second large bedroom has two extended-length twin beds with new memory foam covered mattresses and all new bedding. This room also offers guests their own TV and a large closet and dresser. There is a private full bathroom located just outside the bedroom with a shower-tub combination.
•The conveniently located washer and dryer make it easy to have an extended stay without bringing a lot of baggage or worrying about finding a commercial laundry.
Our townhouse villa also provides:

•Beach chairs, beach towels, beach and pool toys and ice cooler so that you can spend your time having fun right away at the many nearby beaches.

Waikoloa Colony Villas is a private, gated community that includes 2 swimming pools, Jacuzzi spa, tennis court and an air conditioned fitness center. Our townhouse is close to the West pool and a short walk through the development makes you feel like you are walking in a very well-manicured, tropical neighborhood with swaying palm trees and colorful plants and bushes. Waikoloa Colony Villas’ 22 acres of tropical landscaping is part of the larger Waikoloa Beach Resort community which is located on the Kohala Coast, 18 miles north of the Kailua-Kona airport. If you like golf, the Waikoloa Kings and Beach Courses are both within the Waikoloa Beach Resort area. The Waikoloa Beach Resort area is strategically situated near shopping, restaurants and golf courses as well as some of the Big Island’s most beautiful beaches being within walking or short driving distances.
Guests will be serviced by the professional management company of Kona Coast Vacation who will provide you with a key-less code to ensure easy access to the villa when you arrive.
There is a 4 night minimum stay requirement. 10 Nights during Christmas. This is a non-smoking, no pets property.

Kona Coast Vacations manages over 195 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of Hawaii Island (same name as the State). There are numerous islands that make up the State, with most of the population residing on Oahu (Honolulu), Maui, Kauai and Hawaii Island.
We are located om the Kona Coast of Hawaii Island, right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area (about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc.
Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP.
We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners. We offer a concierge service, we have maps and recommendations on our web site and are here to answer your questions.
