The 4BR/2BA duplex is comprised of two attached units (each with 2BR/1BA), which are rented as a pair. Perfect for extended families or large groups. Have your own space, then gather together on the sunny deck!
If you have a larger group, consider renting the sister duplex (located next door) for a total of 8BR/4BA, 4 kitchens, and 4 living areas. With room for 18 guests, this combined complex provides the ideal combination of togetherness and privacy.
ABOUT THE DUPLEX
From the tree-lined street, you’ll find plenty of parking in the gravel driveway. This charming cottage with cedar shake shingles includes two identical units, labeled #4 and #5.
In both units, you'll enter into an open-plan living area with carpeted floors and a cheerful beach décor. The pair of fully equipped kitchens each have an electric stove/oven, fridge, sink, and microwave. There’s seating for 4 at a wooden table in each unit too.
Kick back on a comfy sofa as you watch TV with cable, or head out to the deck to enjoy the ocean breeze. The property’s relaxed vibe will soon have you in blissful “holiday mode”.
There are 2 bedrooms in each unit. One with a queen-size bed, and the other with 2 twins. The bathroom has tile floors and a walk-in shower.
The units share a covered porch, equipped with plenty of beach chairs for time in the sun. Grill up a feast for the group on 2 BBQs and dine on the deck, where 3 tables seat 12. Behind the duplex, you’ll find another picnic table and an enclosed outdoor shower.
The deck space is shared with the sister duplex, which can be rented in conjunction with this unit to sleep up to 18 people - perfect for family reunions and other big group getaways!

You’re only a short walk from Sea Street Beach (8 minutes), which is located right on the Nantucket Sound, and is one of the most popular beaches in Dennisport. Enjoy perfect family beach days with warm sand and calm water.
After you’ve worked up an appetite, make your way to Ocean House (10 minutes) for an elegant meal with amazing views of the Sound. For those with a sweet tooth, it’s an even shorter walk to Sundae School Ice Cream (6 minutes).
Cyclists will love the nearby Cape Cod Rail Trail, a 22-mile path taking you past beaches, meadows and forests. You’re also a short drive to several iconic Cape Cod lighthouses.

Guests must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.
*No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.
*No pets are allowed unless otherwise noted for specific properties.
* No smoking is allowed in or around any property.
Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
