Drop your bags and catch the sunset on the large upper deck with patio seating for six. Kick off vacation with a BBQ on the gas grill while watching the boats glide in and out of the harbor.
Or head out and explore! Great restaurants and shops are within walking distance, as well as the Falmouth Yacht Club and the Island Queen Ferry ready to whisk you away to Martha’s Vineyard. Our home is also located at mile 6 along the Falmouth Road Race course.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
Upstairs, an open living area warmly greets you with vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows. Cozy up with a book on the couch or an armchair next to the decorative brick fireplace and relax. Or catch a movie on the 42” mounted flat-screen.
The open kitchen has all you need for family meals, including an electric stove/oven, dishwasher, and all necessary cookware and dishes. Dine in style beneath a chandelier at the dining table set for 6, or on the patio overlooking the harbor.
This split-level home has three bedrooms: a master suite upstairs with attached bath, Sleep Number King bed, and 32” flat-screen TV, and two bedrooms downstairs - each with two twin beds. One of the twin rooms has a 27” TV, plus sliding glass door access to the spacious side yard and covered patio. The picnic table here is the perfect place for family card games.
Another full bath is on the lower level, along with a full-sized laundry room to keep packing light. Each bedroom includes ceiling fans, as well as A/C units throughout the home.

There’s lots to do close to home! Choose from an array golf courses within 10 miles, catch a concert in village park, or grab some Surf n’ Turf at Quarter Deck on Falmouth Harbor. Fifteen minutes down the road on Main Street are even more dining options, with cozy coffee shops and great shopping to boot.
In addition, we are located on Falmouth Heights, easy walking distance to watch the Fourth of July Firework, the home is walking distance to the Island Queen ferry to Martha's Vineyard as well as walking distance to the Falmouth Yacht Club.
Falmouth Heights beach, a quarter-mile away, boasts wide stretches of sand and picturesque views of the Vineyard Sound and the Islands. For picture-perfect day trips, hop the Island Queen to Martha’s Vineyard (running late May – mid October). Your Cape Cod adventure starts now!

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
