Palm Villas B-3 HAWAIIAN TROPICAL GARDEN VILLA.......A Cultural Haven..... Would you enjoy a spacious 2 bedroom condo that is elegant, luxurious and peaceful? You will love the tropical setting lushly planted in exotic flowering plants!
This condo is all on one level on the lower floor. Easy access! It has it`s own parking space so parking is a breeze.
There is 2 bedrooms. The master has a comfortable King bed and the 2nd bedroom has a Queen. The master bath has a large soaking tub and separate shower. The 2nd bath features a tub/shower combination. You will love the comfortable tropical furnishings. Outside on the lanai is a built in thermodore BBQ and lanai table and chairs for 4. Just steps away across the grass is the Palm Villas pool surrounded by tropical foliage and hedges. The owner has provided Hawaiian culture books and music so you can really get into the groove for your Hawaiian vacation!

Our guests will have access to the resort style pool with waterfall, adjacent spa, fitness room with equipment. You will also be given the Mauna Lani Beach Club access card which gives you car access within the gated entry to the best snorkeling beach! Rent paddle boards and kayaks..plus there is a popular oceanside restaurant cafe and restaurant called Napua (great reviews) at the Beach Club. There is a walking path near the Palm Villas gate that takes you to beautiful ponds and surf in just a 10 minute walk on the trail.

We live on-site at Palm Villas and are available for any guest needs while you are here. We are a well respected real estate and property management firm hired by the owners to assist our guests.
Please note there is a 5 night minimum and for Christmas Holiday it is a 7 night minimum.
The nightly rate includes the required 13.42% Hawaii State Taxes. Hawaii State Tax Id:
Our House Rules are located within the condo in the "Guest Book" for your review upon arrival. Pool hours are 8:00 Am to 9:00 Pm.
Upon booking this condo you hereby agree to our policies:
1.) No Smoking within the premises or on the lanai.
2.) No Pets
3.) Maximum Occupancy: By State Law, maximum occupancy quoted for this condo includes infants and children. Only 4 people allowed
4.) Guests are responsible for any damage or lost items. Guests shall be responsible for taking reasonable care of the condo and agrees to replace, repair, or pay for any breakage.
5.) Check in Time: No earlier than 3:00 Pm
Check out Time: No later than 11:00 Am
