All bedrooms include private entry, BBQ, private deck, humidifier, TV, DVD player, stereo system, as well as a record player in the artisan suite. All rooms have key locks for added security. All bathrooms have bathtubs and sinks as well as shower amenities (soap, shampoo, towels). Rooms are carpeted with walk-in closets and mirrors. Kitchen includes all the essentials (coffee maker, juicer, blender, cutting board, silverware, dishwasher, disposer). Eco Transit bus line directly outside condo.
There are no parking restrictions as of yet. Most people living here have dogs. I am deathly allergic. I have cats but they stay in my bedroom (including their food and litterbox) and most people don't know they exist. I'm a very clean person and have bad allergies.

Since Vail is such a small community, you have access to almost everything whenever you want. Whatever service you need, it is available. All you have to do is ask.

I am a very outgoing person, however, I'm also very busy and have many hats. Don't expect me to bother you unless you cause trouble. I of course will be available for emergencies or other inquiries you may have.
At some time skiing was the only purpose of coming here. Now with so many new ventures, the options during your stay are limitless. As far as style, I've been told I am eclectic, yet somewhat in an organized way. I was lucky to find a decently priced and furnished home when I moved to Vail. There's so much potential as far as maintenance, but I also think It's part of preserving what it was. Regardless if your home cost 23mil. I almost feel like that's the point.
Regardless, I didn't change much with exception to making my residence more energy efficient. Many lights are either automated or solar.
FYI I was a visual merchandiser for West Elm when they first opened, so I guess that's somewhat my style with a little more personal touch.

I moved to Vail CO three years ago, after living in all four corners of the United States for most of my life (as well as abroad). I have visited Vail many times when I was younger for family ski vacations, and felt Vail is the best place for me to locate at this time in my life. I'm a very easy going and fun person; however, please don't make life difficult by disorderly conduct.
I love outdoors, snowboarding, music, eating (btw you will find some of the best food, ever, from all corners I've lived in unless you want to go to Chef's Club in Aspen or try to literally find Andrés to make your meal). I love the fact that everyone here takes pride in whatever they do.
I have many talents and certifications. I love to learn. Currently I am a Licensed and Board Certified massage therapist in Colorado as well as Florida, so if your muscles are sore after a long day of skiing, hiking, or trekking, you can always come home to a customized massage since I have my own table as well as other treatments I can offer if you stay at my home. Please feel free to check out my website regarding other services I offer. I also am an A+ Certified computer technician and a graphic/web designer. I have a Bachelor's Degree in fine art from Seattle University. Before I started massage I also delved into real estate and community association management, which I hold licenses in Florida and Colorado. Seeing as I am quite a busy person, I will most likely keep to myself in order to handle personal business unless you need help or wish to entice me in an awesome event. I have made sure to provide a guest manual in the case I am unavailable.
Vail and it's surrounding areas are very safe and have some of the best doctors in the world. The majority of residence are also CPR trained and we do have CPR units throughout the main villages.
One of the things I've noticed is there's actually more to do here during the summer! Many farmer's markets, good off season values, and weather is amazing if you like to hike, bike, fish, camp, or not. We also have very low light pollution, so even the night photography is amazing.
Vail residents put much effort into supporting and maintaining the local community value and hope our visitors do as well.
Thanks for checking me out! Hope to see you soon. Please feel free to contact me if you have further questions.
