Enter on the Ground Level to find 3 cozy bedrooms. The master, located near the entry, features a queen bed, vaulted ceiling, flat-screen TV and ensuite bath with double vanity and rain shower. Bedroom 2 faces the tennis courts and has queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is furnished with 2 twin beds, flat-screen TV, lower deck access and also has views of tennis courts. This bedroom uses the hallway bathroom with jetted tub and single vanity. The washer and dryer are also conveniently located on this entry level.
Venture upstairs to the main living area of the home where the open floor plan incorporates the kitchen, half bath, dining, living room and deck access. The home features vaulted ceilings, fully equipped updated kitchen, gas fireplace, 62” flat screen TV and third level loft. The kids will love the cozy loft area that is furnished with a twin day bed and comfortable chair and ottoman.
Dial-a-Ride transportation provides complimentary shuttle service to Beaver Creek Village, only minutes away. The Beaver Creek Mountain Express Lift near Ridgepoint Townhomes can be accessed through a 50-yard walk to the ski-way just outside your front door, or you can call Dial-a-Ride and arrive at the base of Centennial chairlift in a flash. Please note that the ski out access is dependent upon the amount of snow and the opening of the Beaver Creek Mountain Express Lift. Ridgepoint also offers 1 dedicated parking space and visitor parking based on availability.
This home sleeps 7 guests in 5 beds comfortably. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided in the home for your comfort.
