Located on the bus route and nestled in a quiet wooded area, this beautiful three level duplex residence has a flowing floor plan bringing the living, kitchen and dining rooms together on the main level. This property features a perfect blend of privacy and views. The home is located just 6 miles from Vail and 17 miles from Beaver Creek; accessing the slopes no matter the season is very convenient with the free in town bus stop approximately 300 yards away and runs every 20 minutes in high season.
In-residence, the main level has a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for 3, dining table for 6 guests plus a reading chair and writing desk. The living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa, wood burning fireplace, 37” flat screen TV/Blu Ray DVD and half bath. Two private decks can be accessed from this level. The deck off the dining area features a gas grill, table for 6 and south facing mountain views. The deck off of the living room is equipped with a private hot tub and northeast mountain views.
Located on the upper level is the master bedroom with 32” flat screen tv and en suite bath with double vanity and walk in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has two twin beds. Bedroom 2 and 3 are located near the laundry closet and share a full bath featuring a tub/shower combo and single vanity.
On the lower level, you’ll find bedrooms 4 & 5 plus the full shared bathroom. Bedroom 4 has a king bed and bedroom 5 features two twin over full bunk beds plus an addition full size bed. This room is great for kids and also has a 40” flat screen TV with DVD player.
This home sleeps 12-14 comfortably in 10 beds and 1 sofa sleeper. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided in the home for your comfort.
