This charming and extremely well maintained duplex home is located in the desirable Vail Golf Course neighborhood on the east end of the Vail Golf Course. With close proximity to the Town of Vail bus stop, you will enjoy the comfort and ease of this sweet retreat. In winter, enjoy miles of groomed Nordic Track, hop on the bus for Vail Village world-class events, dining, shopping and entertainment for the whole family. During summer months, enjoy all the hiking and biking trails Vail has to offer right out your front door; or hop on your bike and ride to the Ford Amphitheater for the free summer concert series.
Upon entering, find plenty of space to store your gear. If additional space is needed, access to the garage for bike and equipment storage is available. At the entry, walk up a few stairs to find the powder room and enter the large living room with wood burning fire place, flat screen TV/DVD, a wet bar for afternoon cocktails and deck that features a gas grill and seating for 2. Enjoy the large dining room with a beautiful table that seats 8 plus access to a deck with seating for 4. Enjoy cooking in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen, located next to the dining room. Also on this level, retreat to the private master bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV/DVD, large walk in closet and en suite bathroom.
Escape downstairs to find the den that includes a flat screen TV/DVD, laundry and access the open patio with outdoor seating and private hot tub. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on the lower level, both feature queen beds and en suite bathrooms with single vanity and walk in showers.
Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided in the home for your comfort.
