Located in the heart of Avon and only 1 mile from Beaver Creek, this unit is the largest two bedroom condo in Chapel Square. The master includes a cozy reading nook, king bed, flat screen TV, and en suite bath with spacious walk in closet, jetted tub plus separate walk in shower. Bedroom 2 is roomy, with queen plus day bed, flat screen TV, and en suite bath. Both rooms have access to a deck that leads off the living room. The deck provides seating for two, gas grill and mountain views. The living room is conducive for relaxing around the gas fireplace, it also features a sofa sleeper and TV entertainment system. Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for 3, large dining table that seats 6, and all the needed equipment to handle holidays or entertain guests comfortably.
