Conveniently located in West Vail, this residence is just 1 mile away from Donovan Park and Pavilion. The family friendly park is complete with a toddler/kids playground, soccer field, basketball and tennis courts. The Pavilion is perfect for weddings or large gatherings.
This luxury Vail home sits at the end of a quiet culdesac. As you arrive into this beautiful setting, park in the garage or driveway. When entering the home, you’ll find an open floor plan blending the kitchen, dining and living room all in one space. French doors from the living room lead to a beautiful stone patio with a table, seating 6 guests, natural gas grill, and access that leads up to the driveway complete with another small patio with additional summer seating. The fully equipped kitchen features a large island, stainless appliances including a 6 burner Dacor gas stove with hood system. This level also includes a full bathroom and den/office with flat screen TV, located behind the kitchen.
Travel upstairs to the private master bedroom to enjoy vaulted ceilings, king bed, flat screen TV, small balcony or pamper yourself in the en suite bath with large jetted bathtub.
Retreat to the lower level of this home, relaxing in the den with flat screen TV, wet bar, sink and mini fridge. Included on this level is bedroom 2 with two twin beds, en suite bath with walk in shower and bedroom 3 with queen bed, en suite bath that includes a tub/shower combo.
This luxury rental home sleeps 6 guests in 4 beds comfortably. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided in the home for your comfort. One Vail parking structure pass is included in the rental, please be aware that this does not guarantee a parking space. The parking structure is first come first serve.
