The living room opens to the back deck that overlooks the beautiful Gore Creek. It features table seating for 4 and a spiral staircase leading to the lower patio that includes gas grill, private hot tub and gas fire pit with seating for 4. During summer months, a rock path from the patio leads down to the creek with private seating for 2.
The upstairs is a master retreat. Enjoy a cozy private den for 2 with flat screen TV, master bedroom with king bed and beautifully appointed bathroom that is enclosed with a glass etched barn door.
Retreat to the lowest level of this home to relax in the large den with flat screen TV and large laundry room with mounted ironing board. This level also includes bedroom 2 with queen bed, bedroom 3 with queen bed, and one shared full bathroom. The patio with hot tub and fire pit can be accessed from this level.
This property is located just 5 miles from Vail Village. East Vail offers easy access to Vail Valley’s world famous skiing, dining, shopping and events.
