This 5th floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, south facing condo features a wood burning fireplace, 40" flat screen TV/Blu Ray DVD, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, dining table that seats 6 guests and contains a full size washer & dryer in the unit.

The master bedroom with south facing mountain views comes with king bed, 32” flat screen TV and en suite bath with single vanity and tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a king bed that can be converted into 2 twins if separate sleeping arrangements are needed. The guest bathroom with single vanity and walk in shower is located directly across from bedroom 2.

Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided in the home for your comfort.

Enjoy all the amenities that Simba Run has to offer. Starbucks Coffee is offered in the lobby area, private shuttles to slopes during ski season, Vail's largest indoor heated pool, outdoor and indoor hot tubs, fitness, steam and sauna rooms. Three outdoor tennis courts (summer), large outdoor patio with grills (summer), WiFi and garage parking for one vehicle. Located behind building 2 is a free town of Vail bus stop for your convenience.

Check-in time is 4:00 PM local time.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM local time.


This unit is being rented through VAIL VACATION PROPERTIES, LLC, agent of the individual owner and not the Simba Resort. As a rental guest of owner, Simba Run Resort Services are available to you such as Front Desk and Lobby Amenities (Starbucks coffee, cups/lids and DVD rentals; use of computer and supplies; pool towels; and distribution of unit keys). ALL GUESTS ARE TO CHECK IN AT THE FRONT DESK TO PICK UP THEIR UNIT KEYS. NO KEYS WILL BE PROVIDED WITHOUT A GUEST PROVIDING A CREDIT CARD IMPRINT TO THE FRONT DESK.

Guests are to direct all housekeeping and maintenance requests (e.g. clogged toilets) directly to VAIL VACATION PROPERTIES, LLC (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) unless there is an emergency such as water leakage into the unit. No additional silverware, furniture, light bulbs or bed linens will be provided by SRM. In the case of emergencies, call (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). For life-threatening emergencies, call 911.

Pets are not allowed.

Maximum number of guests allowed in each condo is six persons.

Please make sure to get a parking pass at the front desk upon your arrival to hang in your car. Failure to do so will lead to the vehicle being towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.

Firewood – SRM will deliver one bundle of firewood per day at no cost. Any additional daily bundles requested will be charged at $5 per bundle.

Parking is limited to one vehicle per reservation and is included in the $16 resort fee. Any additional vehicles are $10 per night/per car in the underground parking structure, based upon availability and cannot be guaranteed.

We had a great weekend. The newly finished underpass right at Simba Run made accessing downtown Vail super easy. The pool was great fun!

We wanted a place for our family to vacation that was relaxing and didn't feel cramped like a small hotel room with our 2.5 and 7 year old girls. The Simba Run condo was gorgeous, spacious, clean, safe and so comfy! The pool was an added bonus and never crowded. We had a car so we spent a lot of time seeing sights in the mountains, or hanging out in Vail town. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back again.

This is a very nice condo with a very picturesque view. It is about 4 minutes from Vail city center and, as such, away from the noise and congestion. Grocery store, etc. is located less than a mile away. Worth the money.

So cozy and beautiful! This home was a great retreat spot! Breathtaking views all trough the condo. I would stay here again, and recommend it to families or couples traveling together.

Spacious, well appointed, warm and comfortable apartment on the top floor of a condo with underground parking. Regular and efficient mini bus service to take you into Vail (to Lionshead and Vail Village), 10min max. Pool, hot tub etc. Would stay again.
