Our home is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, pets (see house rules).
We hope you feel at home in our guest suite. Our guests have access to all of our downstairs space which includes: a private suite with a bathroom, shower, queen bed, a twin day bed, and a roll out twin trundle bed. Additionally, in the private guest space there is a smart TV, a kitchenette with sink, microwave, mini fridge and keurig coffee maker. My wife and I are always available for any questions, comments or concerns you may have. Please feel free to ask us for any recommendations whether you are looking for a good fishing hole, area attractions, a recommendation on a coffee shop or even a hiking trail, we love Pagosa and are here to help!
Our place on a hill has an awesome view, but also a steep driveway. During and after a snow storm we recommend 4 wheel drive. We do have options for parking at the bottom if you can't make it or don't feel comfortable.
One small/medium dog is ok, but we ask it not be left alone inside or outside or allowed on furniture. $15 cash cleaning fee.
Smoking outside is fine
Reasonable noise level is fine

My name is Luke, my wife Cassi and I love Pagosa Springs. After I got out of the army, we decided it was where we wanted to settle down and start a family. We love it here because of all the outdoor activities, the beauty and the incredible people. Some of our favorite things as a couple to do are fly fishing, hiking, camping, and hosting dinner parties for our friends. I am a book worm at heart and just being up in the mountains is my second home. Fly fishing is my favorite hobby and recently have enjoyed guiding. My wife loves interior design, hosting dinner parties, baking, refinishing furniture and volunteering. We love people and hope to be able to host travelers looking for a mountain getaway, people seeking time to rest and relax or even those who are just passing through.
