Direction challenges - not enogh recognizable land marks in the area. Microwave would be nice if available. Otherwise, place is awesome for large group of travellers,

Good place to stay the night. Benjie was accommodating and helped us settle in. The wifi signal was weak and there was no shower.

Thanks, Kimberly for your comments. The wifi signal is actually a concern we raised to service provider. We got the highest plan we could have but not supported by the service provider. A complaint is already filed and so far they are fixing it. For the hot shower, people go to Baguio to experience its cool weather (apart from among other things), which you cannot experience in other places. And probably for once, would like to experience a cold chilly shower. Anyways, the hot shower is now in our pipeline. This is to provide better options to our guests. Regards.

Place was clean and is a pleasant place to stay. The toilet needs improvement, its clean but he shower, toilet and sink is all in one area making it hard to shower. We had to stay on the 3rd floor which was not indicated, we had 3 seniors who had a hard time going up and down. Other than that everyhting was fine

Hi Oswald, thank you for your warm review. The toilets were designed to be as toilet and bath. It's for the reason that the facilities are all place in one area. For the seniors, we were not inform at hand that there are such coming in your family. Normally, our possible guests inform us if our listings are seniors friendly. And we will be transparent to say no. They can opt to book or not, both ways we are ok with it. We need to consider that Baguio is more of ups and downs. Majority of transient house has stairs to climb. And knowing the Airbnb concept of home sharing, the listings are designed as such. It wasn't designed as a hotel accommodations. We don't think investing a huge sum of amount for elevator just to climb the 3rd floor worth it. For less than ~ 450 pesos a night, our listings are budget friendly, and add more value for a place to stay especially for big groups and families. We have accommodated a lot of group of doctors, attorneys and judges, businessmen, or in short moneyed people, and were happy and did enjoy their stay in our place. We are actually wondering why they are not booking in classy hotels to up their expectations... Anyways, we will consider including your inputs in our frequently ask questions (currently its not the top questions ~ stairs to climb) for others to take note also. Regards.

The place is as advertised. Very spacious. The rooms has only 4 beds but can surely accomodate twice that much. Clean general area and restrooms. Wifi is solid! Tv reception though has very limited channel selection. Good thing also is there is a store beside the place for "emergency" supply.

Hi Justine, thank you for your good reviews. We really enjoyed hosting your group. The place is not far. It is actually just about a 1km from Camp John Hay/Ayala Technohub area. And about 3kms from SM Baguio. This is as per waze app.

We will need to provide each child with its own bed and bedding. Our standard single person beds can accommodate only one person. Enfolding in a child is not advisable and possible.

4. What is the maximum number of persons that your listings can accommodate?
We can accommodate total of 42 persons. Also, a spacious garden with Nipa hut and bonfire facility, for other scheduled family or group activities.

5. Do we have to bring our own cooking equipment and utensils?
There is no need for that since the listings have
• utensils – plates, spoon, fork, knives, coffee mugs, drinking glass, and etc.
• pots, pans, kettle, and etc.

• gas stove with lpg
• others – soy sauce, vinegar, cooking oil, dishwashing liquid, and sponge

Such facilities are for basic cooking and no-frills meals.

6. Is the tap water safe for cooking?
Yes, tap water is safe for cooking. We do use it ourselves.

For drinking water, you can buy them in the sari-sari store beside our place. A 5 gallon water dispenser can be requested to our Doorman for you to refill. Or you can buy the same to groceries, and bring them with you. This is true if you are picky in buying such to a sari-sari store. We are not issuing this for free. This is true to provide our guests better preference, and avoid untoward issues later on.

7. Do you have a wifi internet connection?
Yes, we have. We have a 20mbps fiber optic plan. The highest plan that the service provider could offer. You can ask our Doorman for the password and eventual internet connection.

8. How about TV?
Yes, we have 50” SMART TV. Apart from watching TVs, you can also browse and do your You Tube, and others. The TV is already connected to the internet for your easy browsing of the web, and eventual enjoyment.

There is a sari-sari store beside our property. However, with limited brand to offer. Better yet buy those to the groceries along your way, and bring them with you.

11. Do you have shower heaters?
Yes, our T&Bs are equipped with shower heaters. Also, we guarantee 24/7 water availability. Other parts of Baguio don’t have this kind of privileged.

12. Why pets are not allowed?
We love dogs. We have 2 dogs in our place but stationed outside our home and listings. In the past, we do accept guests with pets and ask them to keep their pets out of the listings. We offered and requested them to station it in our roof top. However, this didn't went well for most of our guests. There are guests who still take their pets inside our listings (so long they are not caught) creating unwanted droppings, and scattered fur on our couch, beddings, and mattresses. This opted us not to accept pets anymore.

13. We noticed there are some cancelled bookings...
It’s a mutual agreement between our possible guests. This is for a guests not agreeable to take on the minimum charge for a room. We normally avoid cancellations as much as possible. Airbnb charges us and possibly sanction us by not allowing us to accept bookings.

14. What are your amenities for guests to enjoy?
We have a spacious roof top complete with chairs and tables. You can do your events or team building activities while viewing a 360 degree view of Camp John Hay, Philippine Military Academy, and Sto. Tomas (where La presa is), mountain ranges.

We also have garden with nipa hut and bonfire facility for you to enjoy some of your activities in a chilly cold weather at night.

15. Where is your location?
We are about 1km from Camp John Hay where Ayala Technohub is. We are near entry and exit routes to various Baguio tourists spots bypassing the traffic within the business center.

For direction going to our place, it would be helpful if you have waze apps, key in our address 2024 Baguio Apartments, P5 Lower Dagsian Rd. Baguio City, via Loakan Upper Dagsian route.

For direction if no waze apps, from Baguio town proper, take the route proceeding to Camp John Hay gate 1, where Ayala Techno Hub is, and about 200 to 300m from there, turn right, then at same distance turn left at exactly near Pablo sari sari store, (you are on the right direction if you are able to pass J P Laurel Elementary School), straight ahead, then turn left at Dagsian PUJ terminal then straight ahead. Upon reaching dead end of the road turn left. You reach your destination if you see a white house with pine tree inside the parking area.

15. Is the listing senior or pwd friendly?
The listing is not senior or pwd friendly. There will be stairs to climb
