You’ll love my place because of the peace and sense of being in nature, even though you are in the middle of a city. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and pets.
Our spacious old colonial-style house is set in a garden of big trees that are always alive with birds.

I am that rare beast, a white Zimbabwean (2nd generation), born and brought up in this country and staying here for the long haul, no matter how silly the country gets. Why am I staying? Three reasons. 1. I am a teacher of over 40 years of experience across an eccentrically broad spectrum and there is so much for me to do educationally in Zimbabwe and no one telling me I am too old to do it. 2. I love the Zimbabwean bush with a passion - and have recently qualified as a a safari guide so that I have a formal reason for helping other people to fall in love with the bush. 3. This is my home.
I have 3 grown-up sons - only one in Zimbabwe.
What am I like as a host? According to my sons laid-back and motherly.
Life motto? I'm sure we can make a plan - cheating because that is the motto of all Zimbabweans.
