The apartment is in a 17th century historical building and is centrally located. You can visit the cultural richness of Florence on foot. It's around the corner from Ponte Vecchio and all the main sites. There are super cool bars and restaurants in the area (literally around the corner). No buses needed!...just comfortable shoes.
I love this neighbourhood because it's a cross between bohemian artists, litterati and true passionate florentine people (some little artisan shops as well). You can soak up the area in one of the man…
Best way is to walk. Florence is small enough and it's best seen on foot or by bicycle. Foodies will love this area packed with restaurants, trattorias and pizzerias but also great shops.
