The villa is managed from Perth with the support of the Sebel Apartments that provide cleaning services including hotel standard bed linen & towels and key collection and drop off.
As your host I am the person you contact during your stay if you have any issues. I am only available by mobile phone, text message or email.
Villa Busselton is part of the Broadwater Beach Resort and has an onsite caretaker (Mon-Fri) for emergencies only. Please also only for an emergency, contact the Sebel reception.
The villa is located within a secure complex with access to visitor car parking.
No more than 6 people can stay in the villa. We prefer not to take small children.

Keys - Collection and Return
The keys are collected and returned to the reception of the The Sebel Apartments Busselton (Ph(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) Bussel Highway – about 300mtrs from Villa Busselton.
The reception area is open from 7am until 7.30pm.
You will be issued with two sets of security keys for your stay. Replacement fees for lost keys are very expensive and will be deducted from the security bond if keys are not returned on departure.
After hour arrangement for collection of keys can only be made with prior arrangement - so if you plan on arriving late, please let Sophie know asap. However, please note if for an emergency event, on the day of your arrival and you will run late, you MUST call the Sebel Apartments Busselton directly on (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) and arrange with the Sebel Apartment on-duty receptionist to leave the keys in the after hours box and to give you the code and directions to the after-hours box. This is ONLY an emergency option.

You have access to a single garage and a single open car space adjoining Villa Busselton. Please do not use any other car spaces other than those for Villa 16. There is also visitor parking immediately outside the entry-gate in Holgate Street.
Cleaning during your stay.
Guests are responsible for cleaning Villa Busselton during their stay.
You must leave the villa generally clean and tidy on departure. It is your responsibility to ensure the BBQ is left clean, kitchen is clean and tidy, and garbage is placed in the bin provided. To assist you during your stay we provide a range of cleaning products, vacuum cleaner and brooms etc. Bed linen can remain on the bed. Please place used towels in the bathroom.
Villa Busselton is also cared for by a team of people including the property manager, on-site manager, change-over cleaners, maintenance staff and other service people as required. Your privacy is respected when you are staying at Villa Busselton therefore, whenever possible, you will be contacted prior to staff arriving.
A tennis court is located next to Villa Busselton, with a booking whiteboard courtside. You must supply your own racquets and balls.
Swimming Pool and Spa
Opening times are displayed at the pool entrance. Please follow pool-side safety instructions and never leave children unattended.
Villa Busselton is conveniently located next to an IGA mini-market, chemist, newsagency and other speciality shops.
Please bring your own games.
TV and Stereo
There are two TV’s, one in the main living area and a second TV in the master bedroom. The stereo is in the lounge area. Due to the variety of adaptors and cords required for iPods etc today please bring your own cords, charges and adaptors.
Hotel standard bed linen and bath towels are provided on arrival but please bring beach towels.
A fully equipped kitchen with main crockery and cutlery sets for eight is supplied.
Located in the courtyard. Please note, guests are responsible for cleaning the BBQ. If the gas runs out during your stay, we request that you refill the bottle at the local petrol station and that you retain your receipt. We will reimburse you the cost of the gas.
We have a strict NO SMOKING policy in the villa.
Villa Busselton is in a executive villa and residential complex. Please respect other residents privacy and right to quiet by ensuring that there is no noise that could result in a complaint at any time, especially between 10pm and 8am.
Parties and Functions
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited.
Internet Access (Wifi) and Telephone
Internet access, wifi and telephone service is not provided. There is mobile reception.
Air-conditioning and Fans
A reverse cycle air conditioner is located in the lounge area. Please do not use the air conditioner when the doors are open or leave the air-conditioner on when you go out. Ceiling fans are in all bedrooms.
A gas heater is located in the lounge area.
Garbage and recycling
There is one single green bin for all rubbish located outside the laundry. Unfortunately, there is no recycling facilities at the complex therefore, if you wish to recycle, you will have to take the items with you to dispose of accordingly.
Whenever you are absent from Villa Busselton, please close windows and lock doors to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage.
However much loved, pets are NOT allowed at Villa Busselton.
Service, Maintenance and Safety
Every effort is made to ensure Villa Busselton is well-maintained, serviced, comfortable and safe. Should you have any concerns when you arrive at the property or throughout your stay please contact Sophie or, only in an emergency, the Sebel reception or the complex on-site manager. We do appreciate if you can advise us of anything that is not working properly, broken or needing attention.
Access by Villa Busselton staff
The Property Manager and/or Onsite Manager reserves the right to enter Busselton Villa at any time if negative or adverse reports regarding the property or inappropriate behaviour are received.
Termination of Tenancy
The Property Manager reserves the right to terminate the tenancy agreement with you if there are concerns regarding damage, unauthorised guests staying at the property, inappropriate behaviour or excessive noise and/or other like issues.
The owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.
Cancellation of reservation by Owner
The owner will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked however the owner reserves the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. To date this has not occurred and in the unlikely event where the accommodation cannot be provided as previously confirmed, for whatever reason, we will undertake to assist you in finding alternate accommodation subject to availability.
