1984 Silverado is located in the Prime area of North Merced! It is a short drive to UC Merced, Mercy Hospital and Merced College. Merced is also known as the "Gateway to Yosemite" so feel free to rent a few nights and take the beautiful scenic drive to the World Famous Yosemite National Park! Silverado boasts tile and wood laminate flooring throughout, fresh paint, newer appliances, and is fully furnished! Take a walk to the nearby park or to the Promenade Center for some shopping or dining!

Le logement

Silverado is a fully furnished home that is ready for visitors. It is unique in the fact that it is not an Occupied home, meaning that it literally feels like you are staying at a vacation rental or hotel! The closets are empty, the beds have fresh linens, and we keep a full stock on other items that we feel is important for a guest to have in our home! This home has an open floor plan, with a beautiful living room with a fireplace that leads into the open eat-in kitchen. The back yard has a patio area perfect for relaxing. The hallway has ample storage and interior washer/dryer for you to use. The 2 spare bedrooms are located right across from the spare bathroom which has a shower/tub combo. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a master bathroom with plenty of room for your supplies. All bedrooms have wood laminate flooring.
This home is also ideal for anyone who wishes to visit Merced, whether it be to visit your college student for the weekend, to attend a job interview at our university or many local companies, or to catch some shut eye before taking a scenic drive to the beautiful Yosemite National Park.

Guests will have full access to the home, including cable TV, free WIFI (100 Mbps), a gorgeous back yard, a 2 car garage, and other unique touches. This home will give you the comfort of renting a hotel, but with more privacy in a well-established neighborhood.

As hosts, we will have minimal contact with our guests, unless there is a maintenance issue or other items needing immediate attention. Our office is open Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM. We do have an emergency on-call phone number, and other phone numbers and "House Guidelines" for our guests to review. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible and give you the freedom to come and go as you please.

Super comfortable house with such comfortable beds! The house layout worked well for a larger group of people. Staff was quick to fix or help out with whatever we needed! We will be back if in Merced!

Heritage Management owns and manages over 40 rental homes in the Merced area. In an effort to accommodate the need for temporary housing in the North Merced area, we have set up a fully furnished home that is available to rent from this website. Heritage Management's corporate office is located at The Promenade, which is a centrally located retail center in the North Merced area. The Promenade is also home to Starbucks and other eateries as well as retail stores like The Studio and C&J Optical. There is truly something for everyone at The Promenade, and is about 1 mile from the home we have available to rent.
Our homes in the North Merced area are great quality, have excellent floor plans, fully maintained landscaping, and are very near to UC Merced, Mercy Hospital, Merced College, and more! We hope you enjoy our homes!
