Enjoy outdoor seating right on the intercoastal at Houston's Restaurant right over the bridge. Also at least three brand-new restaurants just opened here as well!
Discover a few other fun local faves and shopping in the famous Lauderdale-by-the-Sea.
There is even a bowling alley about 5 mins away at Pompano Bowl!

At Check in.
The unit you are renting is completely furnished for an enjoyable vacation or business trip .Nothing should be taken out of the unit. Your rent includes basic cleaning after you leave. It is your responsibility to maintain the unit in near clean condition throughout your stay.
NO smoking allowed in the unit. The charge includes electricity, water, air conditioning, refuse collection and the use of linens and towels. A thorough cleaning of the property will be carried out before and after occupancy. All rentals will incur a cleaning charge of $150. It is expected that you will leave the property in a reasonably clean and orderly condition. Excessive dirt or work for the cleaning team will result in a charge to you. Security deposit credit card info must be provided on the rental agreement, we need this info on file in case of damage, lost or broken items in the unit
Check out time is 12:00 pm on the morning of departure. There is a charge for late check out of $99.00 The unit you are renting is completely furnished for an enjoyable vacation or business trip. Nothing should be taken out of the unit. There is a charge for a basic cleaning. It is your responsibility to maintain the unit in near clean condition throughout your stay. If excessive cleaning or excessive dirty laundry (more then one set of sheets per bed ) is reqiured or if items are stained, damaged, or missing, additional charges will be billed to your credit card. Guests will be charged for any damage, loss or breakage in the townhouse or on the premises during your stay, including missing items. The property will be inspected both before and after occupancy.
No Under Age 25 Groups.
Florida Law requires that anyone under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. We will not allow any extra guests staying in the condos beyond the allowed amount.
Rental Period and Occupancy:
The rental period runs from 3pm EST local time on the day of arrival until 12pm local time on the day of departure. Unauthorized early arrival or later departures will result in additional charges. The accommodation is booked solely for persons named on the rental agreement and owner or management company reserves right to refuse entrance to any parties not so named. Everyone occupying the house, including ages, must be listed on the booking form including young children and infants. It may, on occasion, be necessary for staff or agents of the owner or Management Company to enter the premises in order to perform routine maintenance or repairs.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, cancellation must be notified in writing by the party leader whose name appears on the booking form. Cancellation will incur the following charges:
1. 12 weeks or more prior to your arrival date – Deposit is Fully Refunded minus $100 processing fee.
2. Between 4-8 weeks prior to the arrival date: 50% of rental amount.
3. Less than 4 weeks before arrival date: 100% of rental amount.
No refunds for early departure.
We the homeowners or agents do not accept responsibility for any loss of personal items while staying in the property or after departure. It is your responsibility to take out appropriate insurance to cover all aspects of your trip, and to ensure that passports, visas and other documents are in order. Keeping valuables in the house is at your own risk, we accept no responsibility for lost or stolen property.
A great deal of care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of information we have provided. However, facilities and services may not be open or available due to renovation/maintenance works, adverse weather, or damage by a previous guest, that we have not had time to remedy before your arrival, etc. Where we are aware that a facility or service advertised in the information provided will not be available during the period of your stay, we will take steps, wherever possible, to notify you prior to travel.

All reservations of the accommodations and the use and occupancy of such accommodations shall be governed by the laws of State of Florida. All disputes between owners and renters shall be subject to the exclusive subject matter and personal jurisdiction of the courts in Broward County, Florida. In the event of litigation between renters and owners, the prevailing party shall be entitled to all costs incurred, including attorney’s fees.
