My place is close to beaches, bioluminescent bay, rainforest, ferry to neighbor islands, Marina, deep sea fishing, Charco Frio, freeway, You’ll love my place because of SPECTACULAR OCEAN VIEW, gorgeous mountain setting, nature, custom built swimming pool wth view, large terrace & private huge yard, proximity to activities, privacy, cool breezes, lovely decor, perfect for large groups and family reunions. . My place is good for couples, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).
Upstairs is a full 3 bd/2bth house.

- • If you are impossible to please, this is not the house for you. • If you expect perfection, this is not the house for you. • If you are bothered by wear and tear due to humidity or age, this is not the house for you. • If you are upset by “unexpected situations” (power outages, loss of water, loss of internet), this is not the place for you. • If the sound of coquis singing at night bothers you, this is not the place for you. • If you are bothered by cats sneaking into the house, this is not the house for you (feel free to kick them out). • If you are not an animal lover, this is not the place for you (2 outdoor cats at the moment). • If having renters in the other unit will bother you, this is not the place for you. • If the owners monitoring the property via external security cameras bothers you, this is not the house for you. • If you are the average person out to have a good time, this is the place for you!
- Absolutely NO CLIMBING ON POOL ROCKS. NO DIVING IN POOL. SHALLOW POOL. POOL IS UNHEATED, NO JACUZZI. No food, drinks nor glass bottles in the pool.
-Bar-B-Q is provided by owner BUT. RENTERS are expected to leave the grill cleaned and replace gas tank should it run out. OWNER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING THE GRILL.
- It is expected that renters leave the house in good condition: A fee will be charged a) No damage is done to the unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear). b) Premises are clean, free of trash, garbage and other waste. Dishes washed and stored. c) Refrigerator emptied and wiped clean. c) No linens are lost or damaged. d) House contents remain in original location. All items, dishes, towels, utensils……to original rental unit (upstairs or downstairs). A few will be charge if additional cleaning time if additional time is required to walk up and down stairs returning items to the correct house. The tenants will observe all conditions and terms of this lease as to maintaining the premises in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. Any tenant who violates any of the terms of this Lease shall be immediately denied occupancy and shall remedy any damages or other expenses caused by the tenant or the tenant's guests. Any tenant who is found using drugs or allows others to use drugs in the premises will be immediately denied occupancy at these premises. Tenant and/or their guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful purposes, nor violate any law on or about the premises. Tenant agrees to indemnify and save landlord harmless from all liability, loss or damage arising from any nuisance or harm made or suffered on the leased premises by the tenant or guests or from any carelessness, neglect, or improper conduct of any persons entering, occupying or visiting the leased premises. In an emergency, landlord or his/her agent may enter the premises without securing prior permission from tenant. Absolutely no subleasing of the property is permitted. Any person caught subleasing this property will be prosecuted.
