My place is close to the Addison Road Metro Station (2 blocks to walk, Blue/Silver Line). You’ll love my place because you can have a Private Bedroom & Bathroom close to Washington DC (2 Miles).

Private Bedroom, with Guest Bathroom. The bedroom has Cable TV, Alarm Clock, Charging Station for Smart Phone, Desk, Microwave, and Mini-Fridge. Guest may use the kitchen for cooking (oven, microwave, stove) tea, and coffee (k-cups). Items in the kitchen can be used,. The Kitchen has paper plates, bowls, and utensils for use. Food can be eaten at the kitchen table or guest bedroom.

Guest can access additional rooms (except the owner's bedroom) within the house, however their primary quarters is the guest bedroom and hallway bathroom (3rd Level). Guest can also use the Refrigerator (2nd Level, if needed) along with the Bathrooms on each floor, with exception of the Owner’s Bathroom (3rd Level, connected to Owner’s Bedroom). Washer and Dryer are available to guest for minimum use.
Please note : The Bedroom will have clean sheets, pillows, and comforter. The Bathroom will have clean towels, washcloths, and assorted shower gels and soaps.
