· The property is on a well and septic systems. The mineral content in the water is high. During a drought, the well water may have an odor. The septic system is effective, however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. Do not flush anything other than minimum amount of toilet paper.

· Excessive consumption of electricity (above 30 kilowatts per day) may result in charges in the security deposit.

· The property owner and the property managers work hard to ensure that the property and amenities are in place and in good working order. The property managers will be available to handle questions, complaints and supervise maintenance during regular working days and hours ( Mon - Sat 9:00AM to 6:00PM ). In case of a maintenance problem, the property managers will strive to have the problem repaired as soon as possible after being notified. However, no refund, rate adjustment or any other kind of compensation shall be made for any unforeseen failures such as occasional interruption of electricity, water, gas, or issues with air-conditioning units, appliances, satellite-tv service, and internet service.

· The property owner and the property managers will not be held responsible for any cases of theft or replacement of stolen valuables from the unit during your stay. Therefore, the guests acknowledge they will be the sole responsible for the unit, and keep the entrance door closed and locked, as well as the terrace doors closed and locked while absent.

· The property owner and the property managers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. All guests staying in the property will be responsible for themselves, whether they are registered in the condominium or not. The guest acknowledges that the property owner, the property managers or any of their employees cannot be held responsible regardless of fault, for any accident, loss, damage or injury suffered by the guest, members of their party or any other guests which the renter or their party have allowed access to the property. El departamento era igual a las fotos subidas. Viajamos en familia y encontramos, tranquilidad para descansar y cuando queríamos mas movimiento para los niños nos íbamos al club de playa que está genial también. Si eres de espíritu explorador o aventurero, esta bien ubicado; solo recomiendo rentar auto. Los desayunos del wallness center son deliciosos, la gente es muy amable y el ambiente es tranquilo.

To start, the residence is absolutely breathtaking. As I consider most of the Riviera Maya a bit rundown, the TAO residence is a breath of fresh air. The architecture is thoughtful and stunning, perfectly modern but blended with nature. The studio is a corner unit, and better than the pictures. We loved waking up to the sound of birds, and also enjoyed sipping our freshly brewed coffees right on our very clean and spotless patio. As the Tao residence is part of the Bahia Principe, we fully enjoyed the resort amenities that accompanied the unit. I would also recommend a rental car. The location is very good for trips to near-by towns so don't sell yourself short! Overall an amazing trip and I can't stop talking about the accommodations to my friends, 5 stars! Thanks again PAO!

About an hour drive away from CUN ( Cancun International Airport) , and 2.2 hrs away from Chichen Itza . Place is modern, clean, with friendly staff all throughout the residence . Space is perfect for a couple, there's only one bed, and a couch that rolls out to another . It was cozy with everything you need to make a meal in a full kitchen ( we cooked breakfast everyday). Also the Wifi, Bluetooth speakers, tv, a variety of DVD's made it feel more like home, not just a place to stay, had a nice patio with chairs with views of the jungle/ golf course, you can sit outside sipping your morning coffee enjoying the birds sing , its a lovely place to stay really! But I'll be back to stay here if I'm ever back

Staying at Pao's apartment was exactly as described in the listing! The apartment is clean, spacious and modern surrounded by trees and a golf hole course and located in the Tao Residence. We saw deers, iguanas and Coatli's on the golf course-so nature is abundant! THere's a beautiful community pool just a short walk away and a Wellness center-gym, lap pools and cafe. A few things to mention, there was construction going on at the building next to ours, seems this is a pretty new area of Bahia Principe Resort they are building. The listing promised a washer/dryer in the apartment, which had not been installed, so they offered to do our laundry off-site, which was nice until we got the laundry back and some of our clothes were shrunk. However, the agents managing the apartments were very helpful in letting us check out late as we had a spa day planned before our trip home. The main issue we had is about the location of where the apartment is located, make sure to rent a car or you end up paying for a golf cart ($50 day) to get around, as the resort is massive and contains 2-3 hotels within the resort of Bahia. However, a taxi is usually waiting at the front gate or you can ask the very nice security guards to call you one-they are friendly and accommodating! Everything inside this resort, hotels, beaches, food/restaurants or activities, you must purchase ahead of time. My fiancé & I are more independent travelers and did not enjoy this resort scheduled mentality as we like to be more spontaneous in our day to day activities. We were not told at the Clubhouse upon check-in that Tao residents have to book tickets to eat/drink at restaurants within the resort etc. So we ended up scrambling looking for food around Akumal (Super Chomak is the only supermarket available but closer to Downtown Akumal-on the beach side!) and ended up making our own dinner. Overall, Akumal is beautiful, but we definitely enjoyed Tulum so much more, more local flavor, delicious local food/drink, Mexican culture and the friendliest people I have ever met and this is what we look for when traveling abroad! The resort life is suggested, if you want to live the hotel life and want to spend massive amounts of money for activities and mediocre food/drink and hang around other tourists all day. Pao's apartment is definitely worth the cost and in a beautiful setting, but only if you are looking for that resort life!

Hermoso apartamento, hermosa la zona residencial de bahía príncipe. Bien el servicio, cómodo, los muebles, la cama, los utencillos de cocina, todo de buena calidad y muy completo. Excelente estadía. Alquilar auto es fundamental para moverte.
