INSIDE THE HOUSE
Park in the driveway and head around back to the rear patio, where you’ll be greeted by a deck with wood-burning fireplace, table for 6, gas grill, beautiful landscaping and a 3-person hot tub – all before you even step inside!
Enter through the back door into the kitchen, remodeled with wide-plank wood floors, new granite countertops, wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances, including a gas cooktop, wall oven, refrigerator-freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There’s also small pantry for extra storage space and a powder room off of the kitchen.
Across from the kitchen is a large and well-lit dining area with wood floors and a table that seats 8.
Cross into the living room that offers a gas fireplace, sectional sofa that seats 7-8 (and opens into full-size bed). Cozy up together around the 75-inch flat-screen TV. Windows offer soft lighting and there are elegant accents throughout.
From here, head upstairs to the main bath and bedrooms. The shared bath is fully remodeled in classic black and white tile with a single vanity, large mirror and lots of storage, and a tub/shower.
On this floor, the master bedroom offers a king-size bed, 50” wall-mount flat-screen TV, walk-in closet and en-suite bath with single vanity and a standing shower. The second bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a spacious walk-in closet. The third is an office/bedroom combo with a queen bed featuring a memory foam mattress plus a desk and chair.
In the finished basement you’ll find the full-size washer and dryer and another large bedroom with a queen-size bed, large closet and changing room. There’s also a full bath with a single-vanity, tile floors and a tiled walk-in shower.
Located in tree-lined Hillsboro next to Vanderbuilt University, you’re a 15-minute walk from Tri-Star Medical. Our home is located just off West End Avenue, so you’ll have easy access to local eateries and Piggly Wiggly.
Walk a mile to Centennial Park to visit the full-scale replica of the Parthenon and its galleries. Two miles away is the heart of downtown Nashville, where you can tour the eateries, including Le Sel ($1.50 oysters at Happy Hour), Hattie B’s or the Tavern. Head to Music Row for barhopping and live entertainment at Nashville’s famed honky tonks.
For day trips, there’s Dunbar Caves State Park or the Jack Daniel Distillery, both about a one-hour drive from Nashville.

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
