INSIDE THE HOUSE
Park in the driveway and enter via the side door.
The kitchen features hardwood floors, a coffee nook, stone countertops, new appliances (including a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove/oven, and toaster), striking backsplash, and high wooden cabinets.
Seat 5 guests at the round wooden dining table. The dining area is open to the living area, detailed with hardwood floors, an area rug, couch, coffee table, side tables with lamps, 2 armchairs, and an ottoman.
Relax with friends and watch a movie on the 75” flatscreen TV in front of a decorative fireplace, while artwork and accents line the shelving and walls. Write a few postcards home from the long desk and chair in the corner.
Down the hall and to the right is the first bedroom, also detailed with hardwood floors, a queen-size bed, built-in shelves, and artwork on the wall. Catch up on your reading at the large chair in the corner, next to a door leading outside.The en suite bathroom has white tiled floors and a pedestal sink. Step up into the white tiled walk-in shower with blue accents.
The 2nd bedroom has hardwood floors, a queen-size bed, side tables, a lamp, built-in shelves and a small closet.
The 2nd bathroom is between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Similar to the master bath, it has tiled floors, a pedestal sink, and a walk-in shower.
The 3rd bedroom features hardwood floors, 2 twin-size beds, and a 40” flatscreen TV.
Opposite the first bedroom is a door leading to the basement—watch your head when you walk down to do laundry.
The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and has a king bed and another bathroom with a full tub and shower.
Sit with friends at a picnic table for 6 on the stone patio outside. The surrounding trees add a bit more privacy—picture lunch here on a gorgeous day.
Just off West End Avenue and nearby Vanderbilt’s campus, this house is in the perfect spot for game day and walking distance to Nashville’s many highlights and attractions. The house is only 3 miles to bars, boot shops, and live music downtown, 2 miles to the shops and sights on Music Row, and 1 mile to view Athena at the Parthenon. Love Park is just a block away.
Stop at Hattie B’s for some hot chicken 2 miles away; for a speakeasy vibe, head to Patterson House. Rise early to beat the rush at Pancake Pantry 1 mile away. Nashville will keep you entertained and well-fed, so stop by and see us!

* No smoking is allowed in or around any property.
Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
