INSIDE THE GUEST HOUSE
Park in the driveway and enter the guest house through the garage. A set of stairs leads to this second-floor studio space with an open-plan living area, gorgeous hardwood floors and lots of light from large windows.
On the right, the bedroom’s king-size bed sits in front of windows with great views of the neighbor-hood. Check your outfit before a night on the town with a full-length mirror in the closet.
The bathroom off the bedroom has a walk-in shower with glass door and a linen closet with extra storage space.
Between the bedroom and living room is a wall-mounted TV; watch in comfort from the couch or bed! The living room feels bright and airy with a couch and chair for relaxation and a comfortable area rug.
Eat breakfast in a charming nook with built-in shelving and bar stools for two. Try your hand at Nashville hot chicken in the fully equipped kitchen with Whirlpool appliances, including electric stove/oven with glass stovetop and a stainless steel dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. You’ll be able to brew your perfect morning drink with a Keurig, too.
Take in some sun on lounge chairs in the shared patio area between your rental and the main house. With a table and chairs for 4, you can also dine al fresco on the stone-paved patio surrounded by beau-tiful landscaping.
Germantown is known for its beautiful trees (more than 100 species) and the best restaurants and bars in Nashville. Try Rolf and Daughters (12-minute walk), one of Bon Appetit’s best new restaurants, or Silo (13-minute walk), where you can enjoy “farm-to-fork” cuisine in furniture made by local craftsmen.
You’re also within walking distance of the farmers’ market and Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park, so pick up a healthy snack and enjoy it in a beautiful park with features demonstrating the history of Tennessee.
When you’re ready to explore more of Music City, you’re less than 10 blocks to the heart of downtown. Visit famous music sites, including the Country Music Hall of Fame, and watch the action of a Tennessee Titans or Nashville Predators game.

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
