This condo features comfortable bedroom suites with cushy King and Queen size beds with luxury bedding. There is a chocolate suede sleeper sofa in the Living room.
The kitchen is sleek, modern, and equipped with all you need to cook at home. There is a kitchen bar seating area as well as a carved wood dining table and 4 chairs. The condo is air-conditioned and has ceiling fans in every room. We supply beach cooler, chairs and some beach equipment. The lanai is where you will want to hang out with a BBQ to cook your favorite meals along with a teak fold out table, 4 chairs and 2 folding loungers. This condo has a designated parking space nearby for easy access.
There are a total of 3 TV`s, a DVD player and there is wireless internet throughout the condo.

Guests will have private access to the Ocean Club, situated directly on the water on lava cliffs. It provides spectacular 180 degree views of the coast and boasts a bar an cafe with delicious dining options for residents and guests. A BBQ grill is available by the pool to cook your own creations whilst watching the magnificent sunset on the horizon. The three levels of the lagoon style pool cascade into each other. You will want to dig your feet into the sand bottom of the huge jacuzzi spa. The landscaping by the pool is a work of art. Most guests visiting Hali`i Kai have had the opportunity to see whales right off the shore when visiting December to April.
The fitness "Hale" right at the Ocean`s edge provides a motivating spot to work out on your personal health regimen. The setting is perfect to motivate you while not missing a moment of the beauty that is the Big Island Oceanfront.
Within Waikoloa Beach Resort you can enjoy the nearby ocean activities at Anaehoomalu Bay, lovingly called A-Bay. There you can rent kayaks and go out on a sailboat or take a whale watching trip.

Hali`i Kai charges a $ 10.00 per day Resort Fee. Upon arrival you will go to the office by entry gate and pay directly to the Hali`Kai association via your credit card.
We have a 5 night booking minimum. At least a 7 night stay is required for Christmas and New Year`s holiday.
There are House Rules inside the condo in the Guest Book for your review upon your arrival.
