This beautiful townhouse is a relaxing haven, home-away-from-home for either short term or long term stays! It has a welcoming atmosphere and features a bright living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen opening onto outdoor alfresco and BBQ area, luxurious bathrooms and stunning bedrooms. We've aimed to include everything you need to make your stay easy yet memorable including unlimited free WIFI!
Glenhaven was built in 2016 in a style to suit the heritage landscape of Ballarat.
Tea, coffee (including a coffee pod machine with supplied pods) and milk are provided along with luxury hand and body wash in bathrooms, and some basic essentials such as laundry powder, salt & pepper, olive oil, tomato sauce. Guests can also make the most of unlimited WIFI.
Other features include blue-tooth sound bar, DVD player with USB point (for hard drive) and a large assortment of DVD's, dedicated USB points in master, 2nd bedroom and study nook, washing machine and dryer plus a drying cupboard. The kitchen is fully equipped including filtered water tap, double ovens, and all equipment you will need if you want to cook up a storm! Or make use of the hooded BBQ on the outdoor alfresco area while watching the sun set over Ballarat!
The 7th bed is a full single bed size trundle in the third bedroom - floor space is tight but the mattress is good!

Guests who book Glenhaven will have sole use of the house and backyard including the beautiful decked outdoor alfresco and BBQ area. Secure garage parking is available for 1 car and off road driveway space for another 2.
I don't rent bedrooms out separately, however, I do lock the bedrooms that have not been booked and paid for. The nightly rate is based on 2 people twin share ie use of 1 bedroom. For example 2 people 2 bedrooms requires payment for extra person.

I give my guests space however will be available for anything that may unexpectedly arise (and will provide an alternative contact on the rare occasion that I am not available).
For stays of more than 2 nights over the summer period, we may come and water the garden. I will contact guests prior to arrival.
I'm happy for guests to have friends visit, however please respect the neighbours and reduce noise level after 10.00pm.
It is strictly no smoking in the house, however smoking is allowed in the backyard and alfresco area - please dispose of butts responsibly!
Checkout time is 11.00am. I ask that on departure you leave the house clean and tidy, including:
•Empty bins and recycling into the outside bins located in the garage.
•Put dirty dishes in dishwasher and turn on.
•Wipe down benches (including cooktop if it has been used).
•If you use the BBQ, clean and leave as you found it. There are BBQ wipes and BBQ cleaning tools provided (under the BBQ in trolley).
•Paper towel and cleaning products are supplied.
