Craig's place was very clean, well located, everything you needed was provided, and he was always available for support or suggestions. Having a pool was a great addition as was the workout room. I also liked that the apartment was two minutes from Soulcycle, Whole foods, and a yoga studio. The apartment is close to the 405 and many restaurants are nearby. You can't tell from the pictures but the apartment is very sunny which I was happy to find as I thought the apartment might be dark. So it had a great feel. The air conditioner was super too!! I would definitely recommend staying in this apartment and Craig as a Super Host !!

Kraig's place is clean, comfortable and very well located in Los Angeles. It is spacious and has great views of trees and the swimming pool. The balcony is pleasant and a great addition to the apartment. The bed and bath linen, as well as kitchen accessories are in good shape and great to use. Kraig was an easy-going host who made sure we had a super stay at his apartment. I'd recommend it highly to anyone who's visiting LA and is looking for a smart and homey place.

My boyfriend and I stayed for the weekend. Kraig showed us around his place such as where things were located and how to use the t.v. I appreciated that. The place was clean and comfortable and only about a 10 minute lyft/uber ride to the Santa Monica Pier. Also alot of bars and places to eat around the area. Overall I would reccomend staying here.

Kraig is an exellent host and professional manager. Always ready to assist and accommodate. Wonderful clean and open place with great views, pool, gym, close to shops and restaurants. I truly appreciate Kraig's help and care during our stay, definitely recommend to others who plan family or business trip to Los Angeles.
