The interior of this Villa is spacious at approximately 2,200 Square Feet. The outdoor lanai off the dining / living area has a private garden setting with BBQ for your use and dining for 6. The large gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and features a elegant inside dining table and chairs for 6 should you rather dine inside. Each bedroom has it`s own private lanai and en-suite bathroom. The Villa can sleep 5 comfortably with a King Size bed in the Master, 2 singles in the Guest bedroom, (that can be converted to a King if needed,).. and a single day bed in the den/nook area upstairs for one extra person or child. PLUS the owner has just purchased 2 EZ pop-up beds from Frontgate if you have additional members in your family. There will be plenty of space to entertain your friends in family in this large 2 story Villa! The Villa includes a detached double car garage with all the items necessary for a fun island vacation…beach chairs, cooler, snorkel gear, boogie boards and beach toys. Wireless internet available throughout the condo. From this Villa you can easily walk to the beaches and shops/restaurants within the resort or drive in 5 minutes.

Our guests will have access to the Islands resort style pool with waterfall, adjacent spa, fitness room with equipment. This is located across from this Villa. You will also be given the Mauna Lani Beach Club access card which gives you car access within the gated entry to the best snorkeling beach! Rent paddle boards and kayaks..plus there is a popular oceanside restaurant cafe and restaurant called Napua (great reviews) at the Beach Club. There is a walking path near the Palm Villas gate that takes you to beautiful ponds and surf in just a 10 minute walk on the trail.

The Islands House Rules are located inside the condo in the Guest book for your review upon arrival.
Upon booking this condo you hereby agree to our policies:
1.) No Smoking within the premises or on the lanai.
2.) No Pets
3.) Maximum Occupancy: By State Law, maximum occupancy quoted for this condo includes infants and children.
4.) Guests are responsible for any damage or lost items. Guests shall be responsible for taking reasonable care of the condo and agrees to replace, repair, or pay for any breakage.
5.) Check in Time: No earlier than 3:00 Pm
