The laundry list of positive reviews for this listing is no exaggeration, this place is amazing. My wife and I came for quick weekend getaway from our home in Nashville. All of your expectations for this stay will be realized, everything is exactly as pictured. Our dog had a ball, as did we. Can't wait to come back!

I actually wanted to move in!! I've stayed in some awesome AirBNB's, but this is the first one that made me want to move in and stay for a long time. Everything about the treehouse appealed to my desires for comfort and sustainability. I loved the toiletries in large pump bottles (no small plastic bottle waste), the "tiny house" feel, the well-appointed yet minimalist kitchen. The farm fresh eggs and beef were amazingly tasty. It was so nice to be disconnected from the world. There is a very cute, antique looking radio that has bluetooth, so download your favorite playlist (limited cell service so you won't be able to stream). The bed is cozy in the loft, and the deck has first class views of sunsets. I'm already planning my next trip back!

Be prepared for maybe my post passionate AirBNB review yet. OH. MY. GOSH. I just can’t speak highly enough of Catie, David, their family, farm, and amazing treehouse. Firstly, the communication with Catie was friendly and easy from the start. My husband and I were fleeing Hurricane Irma and stumbled upon this place and I’m so glad we did. Catie answered all our questions quickly and assured us our pup, Huck would be more than welcome. We arrived late after a 15-hour drive and felt immediately relaxed when we drove onto the property and arrived at the treehouse. The treehouse is a mix between rustic and modern, and could not have been more cozy. I *love* my own house, but I *LOVE* this house. From the start we noticed Catie and David had not cut any corners. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, utensils, cookware and electronics and the bathroom had every relaxing and high-quality product you could need. We got an amazing night’s rest in the super comfortable bed upstairs and started our next day with fresh farm eggs, coffee, and balcony sitting. Over the next few days the hubs, pup and I walked the trails around the property, visited the goats and horses, sat by the bon fire, and spent lazy time on the balcony. Our pup absolutely loved being off the leash the whole time and is pretty disappointed now that we’re back in the city. The whole ambience was just so restful and comfortable. I read two books while I was there! TWO! We also had a great Sunday Funday with our hosts and their friends by the pond. Catie makes a mean margarita, y’all. I was a little concerned about no cell phone reception, as we wanted to keep in touch with family and friends during the storm, but it honestly wasn’t an issue. We have Verizon and we had at least a bar or two at all times. Reception is even better by the goats. This trip was a total unplanned miracle and I thank Catie and David so much for their hospitality. We seriously can’t wait to come back. Tip: Catie suggested we stock up on groceries before and we’re so glad she did. We never had to leave the property, and that really added to the overall relaxing experience.

Our time at the Serenity House was nothing short of magical. Between the serene location, the beautiful space, and kindness of Catie and David, we left our two night stay on cloud nine. Thank you for creating such a wonderful environment to unplug and connect with nature. We had an amazing time and will absolutely be back!

We absolutely LOVED the Sorenity House! It was a perfect get-away to relax at. The kitchen is perfect for essentially all your needs. If you plan on cooking, you may want to pick up some ziplocks so you don't take up a ton of space in the fridge. The Loop is great to go walking on to explore some of the property, or if you don't wish to go far and want to enjoy the landscape, the front porch is perfect. Over all it was a wonderful retreat, and we look forward to visiting again in the future.

Absolutely PREFCT for a secluded getaway. Serenity House was more enjoyable than we could have imagined. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer!

My husband and I live on the family farm, Rock 'N Refuge, with our two children, dog and our cat. My husband David is the caretaker and farmer of all 200 acres. I am a former caterer and now managing the Airbnb rentals and a stay-at-home mother. We are both very laid back and love to travel. We hope we provide visitors with a sense of peace and relaxation that comes with farm life!
