Guest Access
Guests have full access to the 1-bedroom unit and building amenities, including:

Swimming Pools (standard building pool fees apply- pool is open from 6am to 10 pm only)
• 150 pesos per guest/day/ regular days
• 300 pesos per guest/day/ during holidays
• payment shall be made before your arrival as we need to coordinate with the admin from 9am-6pm M-F, 9am to 1pm during Saturdays
•inform us ahead of time if you plan to swim for us to register you and avail the pool ticket, please note that pool fee is non-refundable.

Pay-parking within the vicinity of Shore, first come first serve basis. 50 pesos for first 4hours plus 50 pesos every succeeding hour plus 300 pesos overnight charge after 1am. Price posted on the ticketing booth.

Early check in and late check out is subject for approval and will cost 200 pesos per hour, please inform us ahead of time.

Potential for Noise as our unit is facing street view/MOA view so you might hear the vehicles passing by.

You might see some black Stain on the floor (living room) we did our very best to remove it but it's already permanent. We hope this will not affect your stay with us.

Other Things to Note:
We don't charge service fee and cleaning fee! ☺️ We need also your ID's and name of the guest staying as we need to email admin for your Guest Authorization Form.
