Hale Pu’ulani (Heavenly Hill Home) - A rare, fantastic property on the Kona Coast. It is in Holualoa, near the Village.

A private road leads to a peaceful neighborhood. At a cool elevation, a gated entry opens revealing a fenced half-acre scene. Country Cottage gardens merge with a natural landscape. A white picket fence outlines a pond with goldfish. A fountain graces an upper garden. A large patio and walkways are made of one-hundred year old sugar mill firebricks. There are lawns and beautiful mature trees. Walk around the gardens to see butterflies on the colorful flowers and the mango, papaya, banana, tangerine, and coffee trees or see from covered lanais.

On the property, there is a new two story sugar plantation-style home. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms and a large two car carport. There is a solar hot water heater, a Vaculfo system and whole house water filtration. Inside, the cork flooring from Portugal. The walls are nine feet high. The bathrooms have travertine and Italian tile. A custom fireplace with a built-in television and a monkey pod mantle, centers the living room. The kitchen has quartz counter tops and a deep French clay sink. The dining area has a window seat surrounded by windows that let in the morning light. French doors open to a large lanai with custom railings.

An oak staircase leads to a large master suite. A vaulted ceiling with indirect lighting casts a soothing light. Views from the windows highlight the gardens. There is a large walk-in closet and a master bath. A private lanai overlooks the ocean. The Kona Coast beach, restaurants, and shopping are located within a 12 minute drive from the home.

From the home's large lanai, master suite lanai, bricked outdoor sitting areas or lawn areas, watch the lighting of the moonset over the ocean just before the sunrise. Watch the sunrise with Kona coffee from nearby coffee farms. Listen to and watch for various types of colorful birds including a few rooster sounds during the day. Smell an afternoon rainfall that maintains the lush green foliage. Watch the sunsets over the ocean with wine or tea in the evenings and listen for frogs after dark.

Aloha and E' Komo Mai (welcome) to Hawaii Island (Big Island).
We are thankful to Hawaii and its peoples for allowing us to work and play on this great island.
Kona Coast Vacations manages over 195 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of Hawaii Island (same name as the State). There are numerous islands that make up the State, with most of the population residing on Oahu (Honolulu), Maui, Kauai and Hawaii Island.
We are located om the Kona Coast of Hawaii Island, right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area (about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc.
Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP.
We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners. We offer a concierge service, we have maps and recommendations on our web site and are here to answer your questions.
Kona Coast Vacations has been rated excellent by Trip Advisor in 2013 and 2014, and it appears Trip Advisor only offers ratings now, and we are sitting at 4.5/5.0 based on all the reviews since 2009.
We were voted the "Best Vacation Rental Agency" for 2015 and 2016- Best of Hawai'i - Lei Niho Palaoa Awards. We credit these great ratings to our reservations, maintenance and inspection teams.
