This amazing and large, privately owned 2-bedroom high level apartment will make you not want to leave. With the eclectic decor and comfortable clean lines in the living spaces, you’ll be able to relax, enjoy and entertain with a view. The location is absolutely perfect. You are opposite South Cross Station with free transport to any part of the CBD. The apartment has all of the major car hire companies outside of the front door and you will be able to park your car in a fully secure car park.

Living Space
The lounge has a great open concept with a modern, luxurious design. You will fall in love with the floor to ceiling windows We really wanted you to have a comfortable space so used various accents of metals and vibrant, rich colours to create your lounge. The lounge has a 43” Sony HDTV and a great Yamaha sound system that can been seen and heard from the dinning room and kitchen. There is a great 2 meter tall mirror that is perfect to double check yourself before a night on the town.

Sleeping Space
Both bedrooms are a generous size with heaps of storage space and views galore.

The master bedroom features an ensuite for complete privacy and views of the Docklands, Etihad stadium and the bay. We have styled the bedroom with rich textures of white and charcoal for a relaxing nights rest.

The second bedroom has a great private balcony and soft muted colours.

Eating Space
Open to the lounge is the 4 to 6-seat solid marble dining table. You will surely have a great backdrop for a nice dinner in for a romantic evening with all the views. The kitchen has all of the essentials you need to whip up a meal and plenty of cupboard space for the extended stays.

There are two full bathrooms in this penthouse. One is an ensuite and the other is a mirrored image bathroom

Extra Space
You will have the pleasure of having two balcony’s in this beautiful apartment. One of which is called a winter garden that is partially enclosed. You’ll be able to enjoy the day or night air in this enclosure while being protected from the elements.
There is also a washer/dryer combo located just beside the kitchen.

An added bonus is there a car park with this property so you will be able to park your car in a fully secure car park. Reservation is required. Only one garage fob is issued.

The Building
The building itself is a great resort style complex. You will have full access to the gym, pool, spa, and dry sauna. There is also a outdoor deck area, lounge, and rock climbing wall space!

We are happy to check you in at any time. We do charge a $50 surcharge for check-ins from 22h00-08h00 as this is outside normal operating hours.

If you have a late flight, we have teamed up with a car service company that is able to check you in to avoid the surcharge. They will verify your ID, have you sign the required paperwork from LittleStay, and, finally, hand you the keys and information sheet that will help for a semi-self check-in. Their rates do vary so please let us know how many people and luggage and we will take care of the rest.

If you have any further inquiries, please don’t hesitate to ask prior to booking.

While we will try my best to accommodate earlier check in and later check out, we cannot guarantee your requests. Please inquire before booking.

If requesting a same day booking, please allow up to 2 hours from time of booking checking in.

We were greeted by friendly Mario who guided us to our personal carpark and our beautiful home. The house is modern, clean and has one of the most amazing view of Melbourne skyline. The night view is really pretty. Apartment is directly opposite Spencer outlet, Coles and train/ tram station/stop. Do check out a popular cafe; Higher Ground right behind the building. Do note that the elevators do get crowded at peak times although the building has 5-6 lifts. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing apartment with phenomenal views! The hosts were very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

The stay at the Hudson was absolutely wonderful! Let me start with the view... it is totally amazing! It's not always you see the horizon filled with twinkling lights stretching almost 270 degrees. The unit is tastefully done, and fitted my family of 4 adults and 2 toddlers perfectly! And the location is just wonderful! Nicely located near Coles where you can get any grocery that you need to whip up a nice meal at home in a fully fitted kitchen! It's a pretty amazing unit... and my family is only sad that we had to leave.

The accommodation was fantastic and I would absolutely stay here again. The place was incredibly clean, stylish and comfortable. The location is ideal if you want to be near public transport and an easy 15 minute walk to nightlife. The host was also very accommodating providing us with a late check out.

100% recommend this apartment for your stay in Melbourne. It is central & walkable. The view was absolutely incredible on the 42nd floor ! The apartment was modern, clean & comfortable. Wifi & Netflix were a bonus. The LittleStay staff are excellent, communication was easy & organised. Mario was very welcoming & explained everything well. Would defiantly stay here in the near future !

Lovely apartment in a very central location. Fantastic views. The Hosts were very accommodating and check in was easy. We will definitely look for a Little Stay apartment next time we are in Melbourne.
