Welcome to the Blue Sun Beach House, our fabulous beach house in Falcon Bay, Mandurah where you literally have 180 degree sweeping views of the Indian Ocean from the upper balcony. This is a premium view that few properties offer.
The Blue Sun Beach House is two stories high and has been completely renovated on the inside with a really comfortable modern, neutral feel. Every carpet and piece of furniture is brand new, including beds, side tables and lamps.
All the walls and ceilings have been freshly painted throughout the property and the wooden floors polished.
The kitchen is completely open planned and perfect for entertaining and cooking at the same time. A large five-burner gas hob with electric oven gives you all the cooking space you need. On top of this, there is masses of cupboard and shelf space where you?ll find new cutlery, chinaware, glasses, cookware and much, much more. The central island houses a double sink, dishwasher and microwave oven.
The upper lounge is awesome. Everyone marvels at the picturesque views through the windows. We have a giant plasma screen TV and new Bose surround sound system and Blue Ray DVD player. If you?re lucky, there is a selection of some of the latest movie releases to view when you?re kicking back. There is a large L-shaped lounge suite and beanbag for ample seating, as well as a round, modern coffee table for magazines. You have access to the balcony from the dining area, where you?ll find a new range of outdoor furniture couch, swivel chairs, coffee table as well as a new Webber gas BBQ. A fire escape leads from the balcony to the garden below too.
The lower lounge we designed as a kid?s retreat with its own TV and DVD player plus heaps of games. But often we find guests use this area too. A new three-seater couch and arm chair is perfect for resting up and relaxing.
Both the upper and lower lounges have reverse cycle heating and air-conditioning ensuring your total comfort throughout summer or winter. All rooms also have stand-alone fans for extra breezy comfort.
Parking is substantial and ample. You could park boats, caravans and your entire extended family there if you really wanted to. Plus you have a really decent-sized, enclosed back garden where kids and adults could run around freely on the soft lawns. Enough room for kicking a ball or playing croquet, or boules, or badmington.
The beach is about 150 metres away and much loved by locals for walking, fishing and surfing. Beachcombing is fun particularly if you want to collect sea sponges and tropical shells like we do.
The Miami Beach shops are really close we bike there often offering the usual culprits like Woolworths and the IGA, as well as heaps of fast food dining options, a huge bottle shop, and a very good local pub restaurant called Cobblers. The centre of Mandurah is about 15 minutes drive away.

• Payment must be made in full at least 14 days prior to arrival.
Methods of payment: online, major credit card Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, cash or cheque.
• A bond of $500 per stay is required 14 days before arrival. It is held as security and only refunded in full, up to 14 days after check-out and subject to a satisfactory inspection.
• Check-in is after 01.00pm on day of arrival. Check-out is by 10.00am on day of departure.
• Pricing is subject to change without notice and minimum stay periods and conditions may apply.
Pets i.e. small dogs are welcome, subject to owner approval.

The BlueSun Beach House is rented on an exclusive basis to you and not shared with any other guests. As such, you the get the beach house all to yourself.
There is ample parking (even for a boat or caravan or two).

We are happy to provide help to any of our guests, and if you wish for anything to be arranged, prior to arrival, please let us know.
NOTE: there is a strict $120-$150 vacate clean up fee and all guests are charged a refundable $500 (terms and conditions apply) bond. Also, there is a $100 pet charge per stay for small pets and/or by owner's approval prior to stay.
